After a 2 1/2 year COVID hiatus Dramatique is back, updated and more dramatic than ever.

Stay in a one-of-a-kind property in thriving downtown Lexington across from the Hyatt and Rupp Arena. Walk to everything downtown has to offer plus easy access to the airport & Keeneland.

Enjoy large walk-in showers, an en-suite bathroom for extra privacy in one of the bedrooms, hi-speed wifi, a 75" TV in the living room and 60" in the bedrooms

The open main living space is ideal for entertaining with plenty of seating. Dramatic lighting, artwork and architectural touches abound throughout.

Both bedrooms have large closets, coffered ceilings, plenty of lighting, comfy mattresses, linens, etc. A 5th guest has the option of a self-inflatable queen mattress situated in the living room or the very comfortable leather sectional.

The building is gated and you have 2 parking spots in our underground parking garage.

The owners manage the condo building and are available via text or a call.

Style and Comfort in Lex

Our experience was great at Center City Condos. Centrally located to all of Lexington’s amenities. Quiet, clean, comfortable and very welcoming for our 2 day stay. 2 minutes from Rupp, many Restaurants within walking distance. Truly a 5 Star experience, hands down. Lastly, John and Micheal were accommodating and to our every need. So, if you are looking for peace and quiet in the middle of Lexington, you will find it here. Jason and Alicia Pollard

Perfect stay in downtown

Due to an error with the booking (not by the owner) we had to switch to their neighboring property in the same building callaed Paradiso. It was immaculate, well stocked, and had a great view. We're planning to be a repeat customer on our next trip to Lexington!
