Adorable Studio Condo! Walk to EVERYTHING!! Across from the Hangout!!!

2nd time staying in this studio we absolutely love it! Very clean and right across the street from the beach!

Loved it. It was cute and cozy. Location was amazing walked everywhere!!

This place was great location, but as soon as we walked in, we smelled mildew! The owner was very nice and instructed us to buy some Lysol and she would refund us our money for it! If you wanted clean towels during your stay, you had to use the onsite laundry mat! There were people painting and hammering in the hallways throughout the entire stay! The shower curtain had mold on it! I contacted the owner and she sent someone to replace it! The comforter and sheet had a dark red stain!!! There’s no ice on location for coolers! I had to ask for dish soap and laundry detergent because there wasn’t anything for the starter package that was supposed to be supplied! Overall the location was perfect, but these other details would have been nice to know before we decided to stay!

When we first got into the condo, there was one cockroach on the wall by the bed. The bed comforter had a red stain that looked like dried blood on it and the place wasn’t very clean. Luckily we brought our own bedsheets and didn’t have to worry about sleeping on a stained comforter. We contacted the manager and she said hopefully it was an isolated incident and they sprayed regularly for cockroaches. Regardless, we still put out cockroach bait stations and cleaned the place, all with supplies bought out of pocket, before going to sleep. We kept the majority of our things packed in Rubbermaid containers, and packed our bedsheets up every morning. The next morning we did see another small cockroach, but no more the rest of our trip. The building itself looks kinda trashy, and there were people in the next room to us that sounded like they were partying every night until early in the morning. Overall we thought we were getting a good deal, but would not stay there again.

The access to the main area of Gulf Shores is wonderful. Parking at times is a bear b/c of the new ticketing at the public beach. There was a hangtag for us but there were a few times there were no parks available. Room was clean and as expected.
