Located within 3 acres of grounds, of which over 1,5 acres are wooded, available to guests, this Gite is both new and independent, benefiting from a south westerly facing terrace.
Our Gite sits within a tranquil location, within easy reach to the sea ( the seaside village of Wissant is 3 km away ), which is at the heart of the region of the two capes that holds the prestigious label ' Grand Site de France ',one of the ten natural sites of France.
Discover some of the largest beaches of France and their quaint fishing villages, views of the English coastline from the top of Cape Blanc Nez - The back country boasts beautiful scenery with a variety of forests, marshes and groves.
Likewise you can visit the museums and various sites retracing the Second World War represent a historic heritage that stretches from Calais to Boulogne sur Mer, and the unmissable national sea centre Nausicaa.
There are a number of paths and trails set within our green and undulating countryside, where you can go for beautiful walks or cycle rides.
For those looking for more extreme forms of sport, the beach of Wissant is home to one of the best Kite-surfing in Northern Europe.

Perfect home from home

Elizabeth and Pierre were brilliant hosts. The gite is very well equipped as a perfect home from home for families, with everything you need for cooking, relaxing and exploring the local area. We particularly enjoyed spending time with the kids on the beach at Wisant.

Perfect

Unser Aufenthalt dort war war sehr entspannt. Der Checkin war unkompliziert. Es gab frische Eier von den eigenen Hühnern.Im Großen Garten hatte unsere Tochter viel Spaß. Die Schafe, Gänse und Hühner waren das Highlight für unsere kleine. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Trotz der kleinen Sprachbarriere haben wir uns gut verständigt. Das kleine gemütliche Bauernhaus war sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man als Selbstversorger Braucht. Es war unser erster Aufenthalt in Frankreich aber nicht unser letzter. Wir buchen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus

Wir wurden sehr Herzlich aufgenommen. Super Standort sehr nahe zum Strand. E Bike sollte aber Pflicht sein.

Es hätte nicht besser sein können...

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Gastgebern empfangen und zur Begrüßung mit Baguette, Marmelade, Eiern und Getränken beschenkt. Die Gegend in und um Hervelinghen bzw. zwischen Calais und Boulogne-sur-Mer hat uns sehr gut gefallen, besonders die Strände. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.
