This brand new, light and airy studio apartment just 10m from the estuary comprises a screened sleeping area with a comfortable King sized bed and a sleeper couch, a modern en suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette with a kettle, toaster, microwave and an under counter fridge, a dining room, a comfortable lounge with a smart TV (Freeview, Netflix, You Tube), a desk and an air conditioner. A furnished private patio and gas barbecue. There is great quality wifi should you want to work. Linens and towels are supplied. You have immediate access to the water 10m from your door, so bring your kayak or SUP, or just swim over to the Okura Marine Reserve for a snorkel...

Peaceful quality accommodation

This is an exceptional spot - away from the buzz and noise but just around the corner if you want to taste it. Owners were amazing - friendly and very helpful. Everything in this accommodation is of the highest quality with many personal touches. We would love to visit again.

Well placed to experience Whangaparaoa Peninsular. Easy access to Tiritiri Matangi Riccie was super helpful and accommodating.

Immaculate and spacious studio

This riverside studio provided a relaxing place to stay. The owner did everything possible to ensure we felt welcome. This modern, purpose built studio was spacious, attractively furnished and immaculately kept. It is certainly a place we should be happy to return to on a future visit to the area.

Perfect Getaway

Stunning location, very tranquil and beautiful. Hosts were lovely and gave lots of useful information on the local area. Perfect for a romantic getaway :) Will definitely be back!
