When you stay at a 5 Star Beach Rental home, enjoy peace of mind knowing that your home will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. • We are paying attention to disinfecting high touch areas, including door handles, light switches, remote controls, stair handrails, cabinet knobs, thermostats. • We are using a disinfecting fogger to spray mist all both hard and soft surfaces with a hospital-grade, EPA-approved disinfectant, paying special attention to high-touch surfaces. • Our staff will be expected to wear, personal protective equipment (gloves and face masks) while visiting homes for maintenance, housekeeping, or any other purpose. Bedrooms Inside the bedrooms, you will find: • All decorative quilts, shams, throw pillows are removed. • Mattresses & Pillows will be covered with a waterproof protective cover which we will disinfect with our disinfecting fogger EPA-approved disinfectant. • Sheets will be placed on bed cleaned and wrapped in single-use packaging • If a blanket is needed there will be a lightweight blanket folded in closet.
