About this property

This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is ready for your stay! Located about 1 1/2 blocks from the Ferry, Town Hall or the Monument, we are centrally located in Town, on Standish Street, a short stroll from Commercial Street.

The home is clean, updated, and well appointed. The first floor entrance is the first of two primary suites. There is also a full kitchen and living area with HDTV, and the bedroom has a king size bed.

Upstairs on the second floor is the main living area, a dining room, and oversized open kitchen and living area. There are also two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Out the back door is the deck, and stairs leading to the fenced yard.

The remodeled kitchen has granite counters an an island with stools for gatherings. There are newer stainless steel appliances, and the house comes fully furnished including dishes, glassware & utensils, pots & pans, as well as a blender, toaster, coffee maker and bean grinder.

The 4 bedrooms feature quality beds- 3 Kings and a Queen, and boast high thread count linens. There are 3 full bathrooms, one with claw tub, and all have ample clean white towels.

Other amenities include Wifi, washer and dryer on the third floor, hardwood floors throughout and window a/c's and fans for cooling on those hot summer days.

The outdoor space includes a back deck and a private fenced yard. There is a an outdoor shower, outdoor gas grill, and seating for you to enjoy outdoor living on Cape Cod. There is parking for several cars.

Please note rental lives very much like a single family house, however there is another one bedroom home also on the premises at the back of the 1st floor with a separate entrance. If you need more space, you can rent this home as well.

Beautiful house

We loved Gordon’s house. It’s spacious, modern and great for two families to share. The living room feels like a treehouse, high and sunny. And the yard is huge. We also had a couple of minor problems and Gordon had them fixed right away. All in all it was a great visit and we’d love to return.

Amazing space for our family!

We so enjoyed this home! Great to have a bathroom on each floor and a deck to enjoy the beautiful weather. Fun to visit the Brewery around the corner, shopping was amazing, easy access to anything and everything. Don't miss the sunset at Herring Cove Beach! Beautiful!

Perfect Ptown Getaway

Great house for an extended family!

House was as listed, in a very central location. Layout was ideal for our extended family with spaces for everyone to come together but also have private accommodations. Would recommend!
