Sleeps 6. Marcoola Sands is located in a perfect position directly across from Marcoola Beach. This three bedroom townhouse apartment is well appointed and provides quality accommodation in surroundings where you can sit back, relax and enjoy your holiday.

On entry the ground level has a bedroom, bathroom, laundry and internal access to the remote controlled garage. On the first level you will find the living area which features air-conditioning, ceiling fans, new 3 seater lounge with chaise as well as a 2 seater lounge, large TV and DVD player. The dining area has a large timber table. Modern kitchen facilities include coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven & cook top and family sized fridge. The balcony has a 2 seater & 2 chairs, and catches all the breezes.

The master bedroom (with small tv) and twin bedroom are on the second floor and have an adjoining bathroom which has an extra large shower. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

The complex has only 8 units, and has a swimming pool with BBQ area at the rear.

This fantastic apartment is easy walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the patrolled beach and Marcoola Surf Club. Across the road from the complex is a park with kids playground and bbq area. The area is flat for an easy stroll or cycle.

Its only a short drive to a supermarket or bottle shop at Mudjimba or Mt Coolum. 5 mins to Coolum Beach, 25 mins to Eumundi (and its famous markets) or 30 minutes to Noosa Heads (and fabulous Hastings Street shops and restaurants).
