Terraced Basque house, hypercentre, type T3, located 200 m from the Grande Plage and the Casino, in the residence PATRICK, secure, 16 Avenue de la Marne, quiet and wooded, with terrace of 12 m2 shaded thanks to two plane trees . Exceptional in Biarritz: a possibility of parking in the residence is offered for a single car on one of the 5 marked out locations; in the absence of space, a parking tolerance is located along the path in the residence. You can park in front of the house only to unload luggage. The entrance to the residence, 16 Avenue de la Marne is located near the Imperial Chapel.
It is rented for 5 people. Access by car is via the road that goes to the residence 16 Avenue de la Marne and the house is at the end of the road. The residence is hypercalme and secure (automatic gate).
This T3 is composed of two independent rooms: one on the ground floor (bed 140 for 2p) and the other alcove-room on the 1st floor (sofa bed 140 leather for 2 people) separated by a movable partition of stay. Then the living room located on the 1st floor: living room opens onto the terrace. Finally, on the ground floor, in addition to the bedroom, there is a room for an extra bed (single bed with slats 90cm wide).
The terrace is a real plus and completes the charm of this house.

Super localisation
Logement très bien placé dans Biarritz, à 5 min à pied de la plage et du centre ville. La maison est bien équipée avec une grande terrasse très appréciable.

Conciergerie pas à la hauteur
Aucun état des lieux d’arrivée. Normal au vue de l’état de propreté très mauvais voir sale. Couverts, verres, crédence cuisine. Cheveux partout dans la salle de bain. Tout ça facturé et obligatoire bien sûr. Machine à laver inutilisable car bloquée par une porte de placard. Literie de l’étage vétuste et bruyante. Fin de séjour, rdv pris la veille pour 11h00. Alors que l’heure est passée nous nous décidons à rappeler. Sans réponses malgré nos appels. 11h30, arrivée d’un homme qui ne daigne même pas formuler la moindre excuse. Nous aurions du le prévenir dans la matinée que l’horaire était maintenu. La conciergerie qui gère ce locatif n’est pas à la hauteur. Ce sont les clients qui doivent être au service de la conciergerie. Incroyable pour une société de service Bon emplacement malgré tout .

sehr schöne Ferienunterkunft in direkter Nähe zum Meer
Sehr ruhiges mehrstöckiges Ferienhaus in sehr gepflegter abgeschlossener Wohnanlage, große Terrasse mit Bestuhlung, ideal zum Erholen in bestem Atlantikklima, sehr gute Ausstattung von Küche, Bad und gesamter Wohnung, vom Vermieter alles bestens organisiert. Privates Parken innerhalb der Wohnanlage. Geschäfte fußläufig, ebenso der große Sandstrand. Ideal für Familie oder kleine Gruppe.
