Yellow Bay Landing has a large open concept gourmet kitchen, dining area, living room, and master suite on the main floor along with the laundry room and powder room. The Master suite is located off the living room and features an ensuite bath, jetted tub, walk in shower and private deck for two. The other three bedrooms are located downstairs off of the family room. Two bedrooms offer queen beds. One bedroom has a bunk bed and twin bed. In addition, there is a twin bunk bed off to the side in the family room. Yellow Bay Landing has two wonderful family areas; the living room upstairs with a beautiful wall of windows overlooking the yard, trees, and stunning Flathead lake and the second, an expansive family gathering room downstairs with lake views, gas fireplace, flat screen tv, ping pong table and access to the lower patio and lawn. 

The beautiful backyard, lake access, boat dock, and fire pit provide hours of fun. The homeowners have made available many watercraft including one adult kayak, two kid kayaks, and a stand up paddleboard. ** Please note, if a reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to the reservation arrival date the reservation IS REFUNDABLE, MINUS the processing fee. The processing fee is paid to the credit card company upon booking your stay.   
** Please note, if a reservation is canceled less than 60 days prior to the reservation arrival date the reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE IN ITS ENTIRETY.
