Dream Cottage- w/ beach & canal access - bring your boat, bring your family

POPPINpines is our family cottage and we are happy to rent it out to other families but because this a quiet neighbourhood we are not hoping for groups of friends or parties.

-4 Season, Custom built, high end, A-frame
-Cannel access/channel - bring your boat (lift for owners boat, docking available with cleats)
-cross the road and over a sand dune to reveal a secluded beach on Lake Erie
-Long Point, the world’s longest freshwater sand spit, about 40 km long, is truly a very unique place.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Roads are plowed by the county all winter

garbage pick up is on monday morning around 7am

we have about 6-10 plastic camp fire chairs that are available to be used but should not be taken off the property

there is a fire pit in the backyard

there is a dock that you may tie up your boat to. I believe boats up to 24 feet or longer have been tied up there.

please note* the forth bedroom is a loft area set back from one of the two living rooms but is not an enclosed room, its open concept to the loft.

* Special note: The neighbour across the cannel from us is doing a large renovation. its not right beside the property but we feel its something to note. we asked his estimated finish estimate and he said June though we figure as construction always takes longer.. maybe July.

Fantastic!

Well, as promised, we returned to this fabulous property for another getaway. We absolutely love it here! The property is great! The neighbourhood is great! You can bring your boat down for a leisurely cruise, or go fishing, as there is a channel right beside the cottage. Justin was incredibly helpful, and quick with a response, if needed! We'll be back again!

Beautiful family home! Lots of privacy and space. 2 ovens and a dishwasher making meal prep for a family so easy. Well stocked kitchen. I would advise if you are bringing your boat to talk to a local about navigating the channel...Justin is a really great host...and should be very proud of his beautiful family home...

Great Property and Neighbourhood

This place is fantastic! It has it all. We brought our boat down, went fishing, relaxed, and enjoyed ourselves. We'll be back!

Perfect Thanksgiving Weekend Getaway

Nice location with easy walking access to Long Point Beach. Cottage is very spacious comfortable and clean. Justin responded quickly by text to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks Justin. .
