Walk, bike or trolley to many restaurants! The Como Restaurant is steps away as well as several casual diners, fast food restaurants and one of the best pizza parlors in NY, LaHacienda!! We have everything you'll need within 2 miles of our home. Minutes to ALL Niagara Falls! We are not a glamorous city, in fact many homes are in need of repair, but we are home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World and we are excited to welcome you here! Welcome traveling medical personnel! Very close to Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital (3 minutes) and Mount St. Mary's Hospital (11 minutes). Known for our beautiful hiking parks, museums for adults and children, beach, fishing, Aquarium, Old Fort Niagara, Buffalo Zoo, wineries, breweries, foodies, festivals, Herschel Carousel, chocolate factory, kayaking, jet boats, Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Lockport Locks, and ziplining there is something for everyone. The neighborhood is a typical tourist city and Niagara Falls as a whole, is a very poor city. Neighbors respect one another. Downtown area of Niagara Falls has its issues, but our area is quiet and everyone respects each other's privacy. We have owned our home for 40 years and have made many wonderful memories as has our guests. If you are looking for a glamorous place, our home is not for you. We have purposely decorated using midcentury modern furniture because we like it and because we wanted to match the era of our home. Our home is clean, quiet, and comfortably sleeps up to 5 (maximim) registered guests. We have new stainless steel appliances, mattresses, carpet, and use high end linens. We want you to feel comfortable in our home and make wonderful memories. Please be our guest!

Staying at Niagara Falls

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The owner, Lori, was prompt with our questions. We love the Falls on the US side more than the Canada side. We gave a 4 stars for the location because of the location itself 😃 The town was poor of activities. Many small shops and restaurants were out of business 🙁 We felt a bit unsafe to walk around the town. But with the car, it was ok, took us about 5-10 minutes to the rainbow bridge which connects US with Canada. On the other side of the bridge is totally a different world with fancy restaurants and multiple shops including the Duty free one. Thanks, Lori, for trying your best to make us feel like staying at home !

Girls’ Trip

The neighborhood was older but it was quiet and easy to get to. We Ubered everywhere we needed to go and filled our three days with several attractions, Seneca Casino and a couple of restaurants. It was nice to come back to a clean home to rest for the next day. Lori was an excellent host and responded to us immediately when we had questions.

Nightmare

We walked in and the place smelled like an.old attic. Buttons were hanging off the couch by a string. The living room carpet was dingy grey. There was some sort of grease running down over the stove. Not to mention the neighborhood was rather sketchy also. I don't see how this got such a high rating on VRBO. Needless to say we relocked the doors notified the owner and left. We went to a hotel to stay. We had to eat the cost of the rental as we were not aware of the condition of the house until we arrived which was too late for a refund. Would not recommend this property to anyone. I have rented many VRBO properties and never disappointed until this one.

1960’s Shabby

Property smelled like an attic that hadn’t been opened in a while. Could not wear shoes in house, even though edge of living room white rug was gray because of the dirt. Arm of chair in living room was broken. Neighborhood was sketchy-people walking by made it a point to look into our parked car. When we told property manager we decided to not stay there, she told me my perceptions were totally wrong. Would not recommend that property to anyone.

Niagara Falls

The Vrbo was cute and clean! Communicating with the Host was great! She responded quickly and sent many suggestions for things to do. She prepared us for the area ahead of time! The Vrbo was not too far from any where we wanted to go. We had a nice visit to the area!
