This unit is a furnished corporate condo with many extras. From the huge plasma TV in the living room to the stunning kitchen, you will find quality at every turn. Extraordinary quality & high-end design is on full display in the chef's kitchen (huge marble island / Bertazzoni 5-burner stove / Gaggenau hood / FisherPaykel Fridge / Bosch dishwasher). Even if the chef is on holiday too, there is bar seating for three on the huge marble. Perfect for casual dinners or a fun place for the kids to have thier pizza! Located just 9 blocks to the Red Line of the subway and two quick stops to the historic district, this unit is very convenient to all areas of the city and beyond. We had a wonderful stay...the neighborhood was very friendly and quiet. The home was comfortable and perfect for two couples. Having the floor plan posted to view was very helpful. The description said one room had a king bed but both bedrooms were queens, which was our only disappointment!

Nice place..great for two adult couples as connecting bathroom in each bedroom. Kitchen well equipped and nice open concept floor plan. Only complaint is could hear upstairs neighbors walking around.

STRESSFUL STAY for a VACATION for otherwise GREAT Rental

I am giving the overall experience 3stars ONLY because the stress induced by Swank's protocols and the threat of being charged extra for any infraction did indeed take away from our overall experience. -Notices about charges for any noise complaints whatsoever? CHARGING FEE PENALTIES: - for set up and take down of a grill? -Charging if keys were not placed exactly or towels, BUT NOT duvet covers or shams??? -Being out of unit by an EXACT time AND confirming via their app - If you don't use their app and they have to send you an email of entry codes???? We get they are trying to guard against issues, but the constant threat of extra charges was taken to too a new level in our opinion and we are world travelers and frequent Homeaway users. It seemed excessive for vacationers just trying to relax. We get that the resident managers upstairs may not want much interaction with lodgers, but it felt like we were corresponding with an internet bot.

Owner's Response: Sorry that you are still angry that we charge a small fee to set up a clean and ready grill. Normal guests don't even need to the pay attention to our protocols as they are absolute common sense. But for the outliers, we have the protocols and everyone benefits. The guests know what the limits are, the neighbors live in peace, and we can respond to the important things. On future visits you may prefer to live in someones home that is there to interact with you directly instead of via messaging and telephone.

We're a family of 5 (parents and 3 teens) and we loved the Sawyer unit. We've stayed in a lot of vacation rental units and this one was one of the best furnished that we've seen. The kitchen was amazing! And we love having 2.5 bathrooms! We walked to the Savin Hill T station, about half a mile away, and we were in 'town' in no time. The unit was sparking clean and the communication from Swank was above-average. We received all the info we needed thru the app. I would definitely stay here again!

Unit was very well appointed and roomy. Great kitchen and dining room. Its a pleasant walk to restaurants, etc. but its hilly, so not for everyone. On-street parking is fine, not always real close but never too bad. The subway/train system works well to go downtown, and is kind of a fun adventure (and there is parking near the station). Neighbors and pretty much everybody we met in Boston were friendly and helpful!
