Great Fishing Getaway
One of the best views and locations for a rental property I have seen. Fishing was slow, but we managed to get a few steelhead with one being right in front of the house. I will rent this house again.

Spring Break Get Away
My husband and I stayed with friends and love this rental (we previously came with family). The location is perfect, right on the river, the wildlife you see is great, and hanging out on the patio and having a fire was great. You are close to so many fun places to visit and also it is great to just stay in. Kitchen is stocked well, two full baths which is nice. We would come back again for sure, we love this area.

Beautiful property, fantastic location
If this property is available, reserve it! Communication with the owner is easy and fast. Check in process was super easy. The property is beautiful, as is the home. It was snowy/rainy while we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful outside patio. The house overlooks the river and I'm guessing that if this was summer or warmer weather, we would have spent the majority of the time outside. Iron Fish Distilling is very close, would have been a nice walk in better weather. Close to Crystal Mountain, Beulah, and Frankfort. We will definitely be back.

We are a family of four from Grand Haven area. Our family enjoys skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, hiking, riding fat tire bikes and visiting local Lake Michigan beaches and resort towns.

Why they chose this property

The river views and property are simply amazing and one of a kind. Add in 11 acres with 900' of private river frontage and you have your own private retreat. The sunset views from the house or patio across the river are breathtaking. You get the best views on the Betsie and you can also walk right into the river for easy access on southern part of property.

What makes this property unique

Hard to find a river house directly on the river this close as they have to be grandfathered in. A rare piece of property having 11 acres and 900' of private river frontage to fish, kayak, canoe or simply play around. Very private.
