We have everything you could possibly need bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, paper towels, garbage bags and soaps .The home is on a private dead end rd so very quiet and peaceful. There’s a deck off of dinning room with comfy seating for 5 and a gas fireplace where you can watch the sunrise over the river view. Or sit in the loungers out front under the big shade tree. There’s a swing chair or under the willow tree seating as well. Mature landscaping with 7 fruit trees all on timed irrigation with gardening service included. There’s walking trails to the rivers edge and the Brad Freeman river walking trail from our house about 1/2 mi

We’re only 15 min drive, 5 miles to downtown Oroville, 40 min to Chico and Yuba City. We’re 30 min drive to lake Oroville and 15 min drive to the fore bay and after bay for fishing, jet skiing, swimming boating and picnics all 3 have boat launches
