The apartment features an open layout concept with an en suite bedroom/ bathroom combination. There is also a generous size den with its own private door for guests. The apartment is on the top floor it is bright and airy, with soft natural light pouring in through the floor to ceiling windows. It has a beautiful water view when in the balcony with a beautiful cover. Enjoy a cup of morning tea or evening wine on the private top floor of the balcony surrounded by lush greenery and water. The space also offers plenty of storage with a walk in closet , safe and in unit laundry room. Curl up with a cozy blanket on the sleeper sofa that opens up into a comfortable size bed.

Centrally located in the heart of Aventura- transportation is not an issue. Everything that you need is at your fingertips including: restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, golf course, exercise trails. The pristine beaches of Miami are only a 5 minute drive over the bridge. The apartment is located about a 5 minute walk to one of the most prestigious malls in the world- Aventura Mall. The building is located on a dazzling intercoastal that fills the air with ocean breeze. Walk out of the apartment a few steps and watch and become mesmerized watching the sailboats pass through the sparkling water every day. Come stay in one of the most sought after areas in Miami.

Beautiful location

Great place to stay. Beautiful beaches 6 min away. Short trip to South Beach and Fort Lauderdale. Felt very safe at this location.

Wonderful host and even better location

I had an amazing experience. Gabi is by fast the best host we’ve come across in a very long time and she made everything very easy and stress free. The facility was nice very clean and taken care of. This will most definitely be a go-to spot whenever I’m in the area.

Perfect stay!!!

This property was absolutely great for family experience! We had everything we needed right there. We met some amazing residents why staying there and have became real good friends with them. Would 110 percent recommend this for any family wanting to stay close the beach and in a safe community.

Wonderful Experience

We stayed at the yacht club apt. for a week. The location and apt. were great - so much to do in the area and it’s a convenient location. The apt. was comfortable and clean and Gaby was very helpful and responsive.
