We rent full weeks, Saturday to Saturday only unless your stay is at the end or beginning of rental season. Please message us for availability options. We do not rent to seniors for senior week. We rent for family vacations only.

The Sea Jay is located in a prime location on 92nd Street, one in from the Ocean. The Sea Jay is set-up as two nearly identical units. The top floor has high cathedral ceilings, the bottom floor standard height ceilings. Access is gained by stairs on the outside deck. Each floor contains its own Kitchen (with stove, microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator w/ ice maker), living and dining areas as well as washer/dryers. Each level has three bedrooms with 2 rooms containing Queen Size beds and a kid’s room with twin beds. Queen size sleeper sofas are in the living rooms. There are three TVs on each level. Each level has one full bath in the hallway across from the master bedroom and 1 half bath located between the other two bedrooms. There are also two outside showers around back with Weber charcoal grill and picnic tables. There is Central Air and Heat throughout with separate thermostats, top and bottom.

We rent this property as a single unit so the pricing is not for each floor but for both. Single floors may be available in the off-season at reduced rates. Please contact jacky.gursky@gotoucan.com for inquiries.

The Sea Jay is on a dead end street, one in from the ocean with commanding views of the beach and ocean from the large decks and gazebo on the front of the house. Beach access is less than 100 feet from our door. Numerous restaurants, shops, liquor and grocery stores are within a short walking distance of the house.

The Sea Jay is only a 5-10 minute bus ride from downtown Ocean City and the board walk.

We have found the Sea Jay a perfect getaway for large family gatherings or two families who enjoy vacationing together. Vacationers have the ability to spend precious time with friends and family but also retreat to our own space when needed.

Parking for 4 cars in the driveway with additional parking as available across the street.

Wonderful week

The best two things about the house was it’s size and it’s proximity to the beach. There was plenty of room for our family of 16. We spent most of our time out on the deck or on the beach. It was so nice to be so close to the beach. A very easy walk with young children. The kitchens were well supplied. The house could use a bit of upgrades/maintenance but this didn’t take away from the week at all. It was also difficult unloading the cars as the only stairs up to the first floor deck were on the opposite side of the house from the driveway. It would have been nice to have a stairway at the driveway. The outdoor showers were great with the kids and sand. Overall we would definitely go there again!!

Location, location, location

Distance to the beach is the selling point of this rental! So convenient and easy with small children. We had a large group and the set up of two separate apartments were nice. The upper deck was our normal hangout and where we ate all of our meals. Wonderful view! Only drawback of the rental is it could use some updating… furniture, etc is a bit worn and aged. Overall, we were very pleased w our vacation!

The SeaJay is located perfectly for a beach vacation if you want to be "near it all" but not in the hustle bustle of the boardwalk area. The beach access is yards away from the house. At the other end of the street are several restaurants and a major grocery store. You never need to move your car the entire week. The huge decks provide plenty of outdoor living space with a view of the beach. The cleaning could have been better but it was adequate. Sand comes with the territory. The house needs a rear entrance for fire safety and access from the two outdoor showers. Our family had a wonderful vacation at SeaJay.
