Each flat has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleep 4.

The two apartments offer first-rate accommodation with comfortable furnishings. These top floor adjoining apartments have two balconies and each has a large private roof terrace. There is plenty of space and privacy to enjoy the outdoor life, the cooling sea breezes and the view over the golf course to the beach and sea or the mountains. Both flats have fully-fitted kitchens and air-conditioning has been installed and there are fans in all the bedrooms. There is underground parking, a shared garden and good sized communal pool. The apartments are a leisurely fifteen minute walk to a wonderful beach and are right next to the golf course complex. The complex has its own shopping facilities, bank, a medical clinic and a resort style hotel with all the recreational facilities. The old town is an easy drive away and offers fine restaurants and cafes.

The apartment has been furnished to a high standard to ensure a comfortable stay. A private stair case leads to the large roof terrace that offers views over the golf course to the sea and behind to the mountains. The balconies are just right for those alfresco dinners. (The 65m3 floor area does not include the roof terrace)

Superbe appartement

Il s'agit d'une superbe location au bord d'un immense terrain de golf. Le bâtiment comporte 10 logements, et celui-ci est au 4ème étage avec une terrasse de 50m² pour y prendre les repas puis assurer un bronzage intégral sans problème.

La location est bien équipée, calme et la plage la plus proche est à 800m.

Situées entre OLIVA et DENIA, de nombreuses plages de sable fin (comme aux Sables d'Olonne) sont accessibles à moins de 4km.

Un parking en sous-sol de la résidence permet d'y mettre son véhicule en toute sécurité.

Le bar "Sargantana" situé à 300m environ de la location dans la zone commerciale d'OLIVA-NOVA permet, en leur demandant le code wep, de se connecter au WI-FI gratuitement.

Nous avons passé une très agréable quinzaine et recommandons à tous ceux qui cherchent le calme nocturne, les plages de sable fin et le soleil, cette superbe location.

Angela, qui gère ce bien, est très accueillante, et donne tous les renseignements complémentaires dont on peut avoir besoin.

Vraiment super...... à ne pas manquer l'occasion!

Oliva Nova is 5kms outside the old town of Oliva and is perfectly situated to explore both the old and new Spain. Spend time driving through the old towns and fishing villages or into the mountains to get a taste of the real Spain. Alternatively, Benidorm is less than an hour's drive away with its modern attractions, including the excellent Terra Mitica Theme Park. Oliva is off junction 61 on the A7 motorway that links Valencia to Alicante.

Other Activities: Touring

Golf: The apartments overlook the driving range and par 3 practice course. The course itself is 18 holes designed by Seve Ballesteros. English speaking golf professionals are on hand to sharpen up that swing or start you off in this great game. A round costs just over 50 Euros and lessons are pitched at a reasonable rate. There is a superb clubhouse with dining facilities.

The apartment is fully furnished with brand new furniture of a high standard. Linen is supplied but it is advised to bring beach towels. The sofas in the living room are more than comfortable enough to sleep two more people and the twin beds can be joined together. It is service cleaned after every let and if staying more than one week, can be cleaned weekly. We have a local agent to help with all your concerns or queries. Children are welcome but families with young children may worry about the balconies. There is a lift to the apartment so that you don't have to climb all those stairs.
