The huge pool measures 14’ x 28’ and overlooks the expansive grounds where the children may frolic to their heart’s delight. A covered patio nearby has multiple picnic tables, a bench swing and a grill so that you may enjoy the pleasure of a poolside cookout. There is also a bathroom at pool level for convenient use. You are only minutes away from taking a freshwater dip in your own private pool to luxuriating in the glowing emerald toned waters of the gulf. You may easily pack up a goodie basket, ice chest, and favorite drinks to enjoy a family picnic on the sugar white sands of the beautiful beach in no time at all.

The interiors of this spacious home are comfortable and contemporary with a distinctive Caribbean styling that creates a wonderful laid back ambiance. The main living area has an opulent soaring cathedral ceiling with lots of sunny windows and live flourishing plants for a truly tropical look. Vibrant colorful original paintings cheerfully adorn the expansive walls while beautiful sea sculpture enhances the space as chic decorative art. Creamy white wicker and cane furnishings with pastel colored cushioned seats are grouped around in the center of the room for enjoyable leisurely lounging. A wide 60” TV provides evening entertainment and each of the four bedrooms also have wall mounted flat screen TVs for viewing pleasure. This home has wireless Internet connections and free long distance phone use.

The dining area in this Great Room has a thick granite topped table in a warm marzipan color with eight chairs. Nearby three white raised chairs with salmon colored cushions face a richly mottled counter bar where drinks and tasty appetizers may be served. The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare a fun family feast and features stainless steel appliances. All of the living space and bedrooms in this home are on one level but raised up with a lovely wraparound porch that overlooks the grounds and pool below. Multiple double glass doors lead out from the main living area onto the breezy balcony where you may enjoy the fresh air and serene views. Each of the individually decorated bedrooms has creamy white, comfortable furnishings with tasteful upscale décor and are well appointed. They also have access to full bathrooms with thick mottled granite vanities.

You may have a hard time tearing yourself away from this precious piece of paradise but be assured that area grocery stores, wine bistros, fine restaurants, lively bars, world class shopping venues and family amusements are minutes away.
