Your lodging comfort is assured in 3 relaxing bed rooms which sleeps up to 5 comfortably; one main floor suite and two more rooms upstairs. Each room is suited for solitude and comfort. It’s those little extras that make your stay more enjoyable. Our guests enjoy a comfortable night's rest on a Queen Sleep Number® mattress in the main floor master bedroom, A Trio of Twin Beds in the two upstairs bedrooms, Full Kitchen with plenty of Appliances, Breakfast Nook, Formal Dining Room, Parlor Room, HD Satellite Cable-Ready Smart TV, Complimentary High-Speed WIFI.

Above our expectations!!!

We needed a place for guests who came for our daughter's wedding! It was so warm, welcoming, excellent location with beautiful view of the mountains! Beds in upstairs room are short for women or kids tho.

Family reunion on the praire

The property is amazing and has so many cool outside features! My kids loved the tree swing and as we were packing up said can we stay here next time we come back to see family. The house is extremely well maintained for its age and the Victorian theme is in full display. Gail was a great host and ensured we had everything we needed. My parents came for dinner and there was plenty of dinning space for 6 could’ve even sat 10. Gail we accidentally ended up with a spoon being left in my moms dish that she took home. We’ll try to facilitate getting it back to you! We’ll be back for sure!

well beyond expectations

Swan Cottage exceeded our expectations, the house was so well provisioned with everything we could want. It is welcoming itself, old style house but modern kitchen, good wifi, A/C was helpful. Everything was as in the photos but better. It would be a fine place for a few people to stay there and host a quite large event in the park-like area where the house is located. The stairs to the two upstairs bedrooms might be hard for someone older than we are, we are only 77. But the chocolate snacks made up for that. We wished we could stay longer. Fabulous getaway in Colorado

Absolutely beautiful setting in the country. The house was so charming and the hosts couldn't have been nicer. Everything I needed was there or provided. I will definitely stay there in the future.

Wonderful Getaway

Excellent place to stay! We had a full schedule while visiting family, but I wish we’d had more time to relax outdoors because the setting here was so serene and relaxing.

We fall in love with this historic farm (Built in 1906) which is full of tall green trees and a creek. The landscape is amazing--cross the corn fields and wow take your breath away. Swan Meadow Cottages is one of northern Colorado's best kept secrets. It is so quiet here and only 15 miles away from the larger city limits.
