A small cozy cottage just 75 yards from St Pete's Beach. The house can sleep 6 with a queen size bed in one room, a full and twin in the other and a full-sized futon couch bed in the living room. The home is part of the historic Pass-A-Grille beach community. This is the perfect house for a couple to escape to for beautiful sunsets and beach time.

The house also has a nice yard with screened in porch and a separate Garage and driveway which can fit 2 more cars for guests.

Excellent location to enjoy!

The cottage is in the perfect location to enjoy the great weather, beach, ocean, intracoastal waterways, walking, Fort De Soto offerings, biking and great local restaurants. K. Quinn is an excellent host.
