Master bedroom has a private exterior door leading to the patio deck. It also has an en suite full bath with shower. The bedding for this room can be either a king or two twin size beds.
Guest bedroom is on the opposite side of the house and the bedding can be either a king or two twin size beds.
There are towels galore plus beach towels for everyone. Beach chairs and umbrellas too! Siesta beach here we come!
The large wrap around patio deck that encompasses the swimming pool, has comfortable lounging furniture plus an outdoor dining set. If you need to get out of the sun, shade is provided by a Shade Sail and umbrella.
Xfinity wifi with Roku streaming in Guest mode. There are t/vs in both bedrooms and the living room.
The limit of guests on the property is the booking amount of persons, this reflects our "No Events or Parties" house rule.
There is one only recorded surveillance camera in use outside the front of the house facing the driveway and the front door.
