This charming studio with designer touches is comfortable and cozy. Full kitchen with granite counters and cherry wood cabinets and upscale appliances. Completely stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, linens and towels for your use. The brand new queen-size bed is incredibly comfortable with Egyptian cotton linens. There is a full bath with shower and tub, in unit washer & dryer, wifi internet connection, TV and cable, and air conditioning. Enjoy alfresco dining on the lanai. The secure building has a large swimming pool and BBQ area. We also provide beach towels, beach chairs and lite weight cooler. No smoking please.

It's the perfect Honolulu hideaway, centrally located yet a short distance away from everything ! Located on the 6th floor of a quiet secure building on the slope of Punchbowl crater, site of the world recognized National Cemetery of the Pacific. FREE private parking, FREE internet and FREE laundry. It's perfect for the business traveler or couple looking for a peaceful and affordable place to relax. Enjoy the Honolulu views and if you're lucky enough to be sitting on your balcony on Friday night at 7:45 pm, you'll have a great view of the fireworks show put on by Waikiki hotels.

It's close to the world famous Ala Moana Beach Park and Shopping Center. Just a 5 minute drive to Waikiki or take advantage of our great public transportation system to get you anywhere on the island. Even if you are here for work, you couldn't ask for a nicer retreat to come home to. We are sorry but house rules do not allow less than a 10 day stay.

For security reasons we do not provide address until booking. Guests will be contacted with directions and arrangements made for personal greeting for check-in. Our Transit Accommodations Tax ID# is W03061728-01.

There is now a strict NO SMOKING policy just approved by the owners association and a majority of the buildings owners. It states that the building is now a non smoking property throughout. This includes inside each unit and on the lanais.

Convenience Personified!!!

Where do we begin! First & foremost, Vic & Karla have to be best owners/landlords on the island! Our dealings were only with Vic. He was so accommodating. From our delays with flights & car rental to fixing the cable tv, Vic made sure we were comfortable & everything was in working order. The condo was exactly like it was described in the listing. The included an assigned parking stall & wifi made it perfect. The condo is laid out very well with a lot of extras (i.e. beach towels, beach chairs, nice size swimming pool, etc.). Perfect size kitchen & well equipped! The condo was very clean & free of bugs. I was born & raised on Oahu. I know the kind of bugs that are around & there were none to be found! For us, the location was absolutely awesome! My husband & I lived in Makiki for over 30 yrs. so we knew the area like the back of our hand! We had easy access to the freeway & pretty much 10 minutes away from all the places we wanted/needed to be! If that wasn’t enough, Vic allowed us to have a late checkout! Our last day was stress free! If Vic & Karla will have us back, we will definitely stay there again! Aloha & Mahalo to Vic & Karla!

Perfect for my long stay

Was in Honolulu for a long business trip and Punchbowl was the perfect place to call home away from home. The well stocked kitchen made it great for when I wanted a home cooked meal. It was great to not have to leave the condo to do laundry. Parking was easy and the complex was nicely maintained. Vic was super nice and easy to work with. I would love to stay here again next time I am in town.

This wee studio is perfect for getting just about wherever you want to go.. located on a bus line that will take you either direction was perfect. Although small it is very well planned and nicely appointed. Everything we needed for the month we were there. Looking out on the city at nite was very interesting.. a sweet little hideaway...

Very Safe, Great Location, Honorable Owners

The unit is in a very secure building and on the six floor so you can enjoy fresh air from the open lanai doorway (has a screen door). The unit had all the basic amenities and was as described on the VRBO website. I stayed here during an unexpected personal tragedy and was amazed and very thankful for the compassion and generosity offered by the owners. These folks are the embodiment of Aloha, so you can rest assured that renting from them will be a very pleasant experience. I only wish that I could have been in a better mindset to truly enjoy my time there.

Absolutely perfect!

We spent 12 nights at Vic and Karla's apartment. It was comfortable, perfectly situated with everything we needed. I was ready to move in full time! Both Vic and Karla met us at the apartment to make sure we were comfortable with accessing the unit. They provided driving directions and suggestions for getting around. They even helped us figure out some things on our rental car! The space is a good size, clean and well-maintained. The lanai is wonderful for morning coffee and evening cocktails with a beautiful view. The location is perfect for accessing Waikiki and all grocery shopping--necessities. The trip from the airport to the apartment took 25 minutes--which was so great after flying from the east coast.

I also send special thank yous for how accommodating Vic and Karla were when our travel plans changed unexpectedly. They truly went above and beyond. We had a wonderful vacation and absolutely recommend this unit and the lovely couple who own it.
