This top floor unit faces Provincetown Harbor straight on, and is located at the end of the pier in a popular, well maintained, and historic condominium complex known as Jones Locker in the quiet West End of town. From the unit, guests are able to see the Wood End and Long Point lighthouses, as well as Long Point which is the land's end of the Cape Cod peninsula. Sit-down water views from every window. The unit was completely renovated in 2005, and recent upgrades include tile flooring throughout, Subzero drawer style refrigerator/freezer, furniture, and central a/c. With the unit's location on a pier, the high tide goes completely under the building, so the experience is like staying on a boat! Sit on the exclusive use deck and watch boats and swimmers in the water, listen to the waves, feel the breeze, and smell the fresh salt air. It doesn't get any better than this!
The in-town location on the harbor is close enough to walk to everything (restaurants, shops, beaches, entertainment, marinas, gyms) but is in the quiet West End of town.
The unit is compact, but has an efficient layout so it feels larger. In addition to the kitchen, living room and bedroom, the exclusive use deck is like having additional living space.
There is one full (not tandem) offsite parking space nearby on Point St. With its walk to everything location and short taxi ride to commuter service via Cape Air to Boston Logan Airport and Ferry Service from Provincetown's MacMillan Pier, guests do not need a car.

From the perspectives of location and views, this property is unmatched. You can walk to just about anything, or you can just sit, relax, and take in the view.
It's location upstairs on a pier makes it unique. When it's high tide, you'll feel like you're staying on a boat without leaving land. And there is an assigned parking spot nearby - a luxury in this waterfront location.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It's the perfect size for two, and the location couldn't be better. The owner was attentive to our needs, and we didn't have many as everything was there that we needed. It's in a beautiful part of town, and just a few minutes away from downtown, bike riding in Province Lands and whale watching off of Race Point (from the beach!). The best was reading on the deck as the tide came in directly underneath us. Really, it was bliss.
I enjoyed my stay at Ray's condo from the minute I arrived. The west end location is amazing with water views from the deck and from all rooms. The unit is completely updated and comfortable with everything you need. You can walk the beach and you can walk to nearby restaurants or bike to the center of town or to the National Seashore. I enjoyed having breakfast on the deck each morning and in the evening you can hear the ocean waves from inside the unit. Ray was very responsive. Truly a very special property.

My partner and I just spent three days at Ray's condo, and it is magnificent! He has thought of every detail to make for a comfortable and pleasurable stay. The setting is spectacular...light-filled, spectacular view, breezy and airy. The balcony is completely private, and extends farther towards the water than neighboring properties. At high tide, in the kitchen/living room, it feels like being on a boat! We have stayed many times in P-town, but this is far and away the most special place we have stayed. We spent a great deal of time just hanging out on the balcony, because it is so calming and mesmerizing. It was difficult to leave, but we look forward to a return visit. I cannot recommend this wonderful spot highly enough!
This place is amazing: magnificent view, perfect location, lovely condo. Ray's place is very well maintained and everything works well. We have a great time, once again, and we hope to come back!
