Quintessential beach cottage nestled in the dunes on a private and gorgeous North Shore beach. This peaceful beach retreat is a world away and just perfect for those looking to relax in a seaside house and enjoy the warm summer sun. Just a short walk down your private path to a wide, sandy North Shore beach.

It doesn't get any more Vineyard than taking in the breathtaking water views of the Elizabeth Islands and Menemsha from the tranquil deck. Watch the sun disappear into the Vineyard Sound. Stunning sunsets await you from the deck or from the light filled great room.

This recently renovated cottage is well maintained and pleasantly decorated with a classic vineyard up island cottage feel. The main part of the house has an open floor plan encompassing the living, dining and kitchen areas, with water views from many windows and glass sliders leading to a large deck with amazing water views and sunsets.

The house has three bedrooms, one of them has custom bunk beds for the kids.

The kitchen has been recently renovated with custom cabinets, center island and dishwasher. The bathroom has a new vanity and glass shower. The cottage also has a wonderful enclosed outside shower plus a new front load washer and dryer.

For your enjoyment: Enclosed outside shower, high speed internet and Wifi, 40 inch flat screen and cable TV.

Beautiful view!

Our family had a relaxing stay. Very clean and practical house. I appreciated the towel bars in the bedrooms. We also enjoyed the large dining table. Morning walks to the beach from our house were lovely, but watch out for ticks. They love to hang out on the blades of grass along the path. My teenage son enjoyed the quick bike ride to Lobsterville Beach, and then on toward the bike ferry to catch a ride to Menemsha to meet his cousins. Overall, a wonderful and memorable stay!
