Welcome to the Beach House. 12 Brewster Street is a 1920's Bungalow with much of the original details still in tack and restored. It sits on a large lot on a quiet East End Street, steps from the activity of Commercial Street. The house is a 2 story structure giving privacy to each person or couple who stays here. On the first floor there is an open living room dining room and a home office/sitting area, plus one bedroom & 1 full bath and a large newly renovated chef's kitchen with access to multiple decks for summer dining. The second floor is a beautiful master suite, full bath and huge deck facing west over town w/Monument & sunset views. There are seasonal peeks of the water as well. The gardens surrounding the deck on the right side of the house are a landscapers delight. There's 1 car parking. Just a few min walk to bay beach and Commercial Street's shops & restaurants.
This is the 3rd property in Provincetown we have owned. We have been coming here together since 1983 - we love it!
Janis Lippman and Ellen Grubert purchased this bungalow in 2011
This house and street are very special. Besides the prime location to be able to walk everywhere, the house itself is so charming and has quite a bit of the original detail.
Central a/c. 2 Full baths. Each bedroom is on its own floor. There are 3 decks to hang out on.
Wonderful home and we had a great vacation!!
We loved being here and it was so nice and quiet. Loved hanging out on the deck, great breeze.!
Beautiful house off Bradford street and not a far walk to Commercial st and center of town. All the outdoor living space was amazing, as was the master bedroom upstairs which gave lots of privacy. Kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need. Janis and Ellen were very accommodating and made the booking process easy for me. Will definitely stay again
Awesome weeklong stay - ideally situated and centrally located to all the attractions of P-town; yet on a quiet neighborhood street.
The location is perfect - close enough to walk to everything and just far enough away to enjoy quiet mornings and evenings. The upstairs deck was our favorite place to relax with coffee and enjoy the amazing view. Thank you Janis and Ellen for sharing your home with us - it was perfect!!!
Great modern home in a quiet part of town, yet just steps away from everything; with all amenities and a great big deck for BBQ dinners. A lot of cross breezes so you can sleep with all windows open. Everything as promised - thanks ladies!
We've stayed at this property twice now and absolutely love it. The house itself is beautiful and the location can't be beat. We look forward to staying there again in the future.
We absolutely loved this house! The decor was amazing. The living room was so comfortable for the family to relax and reconnect at the end of the day. The kitchen was fabulous - ice maker a huge hit with the kids! Views were spectacular and being up on the hill, we never needed to turn on the air conditioning - the breezes were great. Can't wait to return!
Located at the very tip of Cape Cod, Provincetown has a life uniquely its own, steeped in history dating back and beyond the Pilgrims’ First Landing in 1620 and the Mayflower Compact, but alive today with a cosmopolitan community Almost three-quarters of Provincetown is preserved in its wilderness state as part of the Cape Cod National Seashore Park. The Park provides visitors access to magnificent ocean beaches, nature bike trails and exhibits.Provincetown is also the Cape’s pre-eminent destination for gay and lesbian visitors and residents, proud of its long heritage of a fully open and integrated way of life. Carnival week in August is one of Provincetown’s biggest events. Although Provincetown is a regional public transportation hub with fast ferry, bus and air service from Boston and frequent local shuttle service, it is first and foremost a walking town. You can walk to shops, restaurants and galleries
