The villa is situated within a magnificent, incredibly private, tropical garden flourishing with bougainvillea, palm trees and plants, whilst situated only a five-minute drive to the beaches and restaurants and 15 minutes from the airport.

The villa is built on three levels and comprises of a spacious gourmet kitchen, open floor plan lounge/living area, indoor and outdoor dining, conservatory, five air conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bath and shower rooms.

Beautiful spacious home

This is a spacious home with absolutely incredible views. Perfect for our large family. The kitchen is very well equipped and the pool was wonderful. Beautiful outdoor and indoor seating areas. Qvillas did a great job managing the property. Two issues: 1) Mosquitos are a bit rough here. Buy bug spray. 2) The pricing for this villa is a bit opaque and frankly not very direct. This is a luxury property but is priced like Spirit Airlines. Plan to pay lots of additional fees that are dishonestly labeled. Great property, we would rent again but we would have a much better understanding of the costs upfront.

Amazing Experience!

You can NOT go wrong if you’re lucky enough to visit this spectacular property. The house has every amenity and is beautifully appointment. Shanna is beyond helpful, super accommodating, incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful and connected. She made our guests stay absolute perfection from booking to departure. The value for the price is unmatched. We can’t thank you enough for this marvelous adventure!

Fabulous House

This is a fabulous house. It is quite new, a very contemporary house with killer panoramic views over a large part of the island and over to Klein Bonaire. Day and night views are both outstanding. The whole front of the house is movable glass panels so you can totally open up the house and feel like you are outside all the time. There is one large deck on the main level and 3 other decks (mostly private) attached to the sleeping areas. There is plenty of outdoor furniture (which is sometimes lacking in other places we have rented). The house and furnishings were clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools we needed for a week of cooking. The managers (Femke and Mandy) were terrific. They arranged for rental cars, met us at the car rental place and escorted us to the house upon our arrival. One evening we had a strange problem with the electricity in the house (which turned out to be the public utility's problem) and Mandy was at the house within minutes of our call and got the utility company on site and everything fixed in no time. Midweek cleaning was good. In summation, this is a terrific house and made an extraordinary location for our family vacation. I would strongly recommend this house to anyone.

HANDSDOWN THE MOST FANTASTIC HOME ON BONAIRE!

We visit Bonaire several times a year and have done so for many years. While we most frequently stay on a resort adjacent to the marina we also often rent luxury homes on the island when we bring a group of family and friends on vacation with us. JK House is without a doubt the most exquisite home that we have ever rented on Bonaire, or even seen on the island, for that matter. It is brand new, and even more breathtaking in pictures than in person - every one of our guest said exactly the same thing. The home is perfectly suited for entertaining large groups with the exquisite chefs kitchen integrated fully into the living areas - indoor and out. In fact, even those people enjoying a soak or swim in the main pool are still able to partake in conversation and laughter with anyone in the kitchen, dining room or indoor or outdoor living areas. It is quite simply a perfectly designed home. And the views are breathtaking! The master suite begs you to lay in bed all day and soak up the extraordinary panorama of teal blue water and magnificent Bonaire topography. The 2 additional pools for guests in the lower level are a perfect escape for those that want a bit of quiet time. And if it is mosquitos or heat that you are worried about then this house has the answers, we were astounded at how cool the main floor stayed when we opened all the walls up - the breeze was just gorgeous! And as a person who attracts mosquitoes like crazy I couldn't believe that none of us had a problem. One of the most ideal aspects of the house is we didn't have to work around any homeowner clutter. The home is crisp, clean, clutter-free, and doesn't feel like your in someone else's home...it feels like your home! And the kitchen was better stocked than my personal kitchen and I entertain and cook regularly. I actually ordered a couple of kitchen appliances after returning home that I used there. Every single item in the home is truly top of the line. This rental was worth every penny and we will only rent JK House from this point forward when returning with friends! And most importantly thank you to the extraordinary agent at QVillas. Femke, made this trip a truly magical experience for every one of us. We still cannot get over the speed at which she responds to each communication, the warmth in every interaction, and the professional approach that guides her entire business. There are no words - she and QVillas are magnificent!! WOW, just WOW to the entire experience!!!
