This is a great family friendly condo nestled between Lake Erie (seen from the front windows) and the Portage River (boat docks seen from the dining room windows). Comfortably sleeping 8, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 Queens and 4 twin bunk beds). Outfitted with all brand new linens and updated furnishings. All the comforts of your home away from home - fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook, washer and dryer in unit, with comfortable spaces to relax. Plus, there are plenty of family friendly extras from a stool in the kids bathroom, a pack n' play and toddler cot tucked in the bedroom closet, a booster seat for use at the dining room table, extra chairs & dining room table leaf, and a box full of pool toys in the master closet. The condo grounds are beautifully kept with a large pool, hot tub, built-in gas grills, cabana area, charcoal grills, picnic area and playground. Conveniently located within walking distance from both Dock's Beach House and the Jet Express Ferry making it easy to get away to the islands for a perfect day trip.

Harbor Side Condos

We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was fully stocked with adequate pots and pans everything you would need to cook a meal. The beds were comfortable. We had plenty of room. The homeowner was quick to respond to all my texts. Would stay there again.

Penthouse Condo Experience A1

This 3 bedroom condo had everything we needed (except an elevator!) It is located on the 3rd floor, allowing for a private bedroom on the main level with access to the next door bath and an upper level that has a room with a queen and private bath and another room with two bunkbeds and a huge bath with 2 sinks and separate stand up shower and toilet area. This setup accommodated our daughter and 3 grandchildren beautifully. I loved the love seat in the kids room for reading bedtime stories (books included). The appliances and furnishings were clean and functional, just like home. The pool area provided plenty of seating options and was clean and refreshing. You have views of Lake Erie from the front and the river from the rear, and you overlook the marina. The seagulls will announce sunrise so you won't miss your daytime opportunities. We so appreciated the use of the beach chairs and sand toys for the kids, the games for all ages and the toys and coloring fun for our younger grandchildren. Grocery stores (3 to choose from) are close and convenient. The playground across from the city beach was the best I've ever experienced and the kids loved it.

My wife and I purchased this property in 2016 after seeing it available on one of those real estate websites. Only 7 summers earlier our dad had rented this condo for a week long vacation and not only was it at perfect fit for our family then, but we also made a lot of great memories there. Now we look forward to using this condo as we raise our own two children to make even more memories. And when we can't use it - we'd like to rent it to our friends, family and guests who will treat it like their own.

Why they chose this property

This property has it all - walking distance to the Jet Express and Dock's, a short drive to Cedar Point and Sandusky, easy access to Kroger's and Bassett's (grocery store/hardware store) , close to Magruder Hospital, and all of the comforts of home with plenty of room for family.

What makes this property unique

Because we have small children in our family - you will find some extra things in the condo that you won't have to bring with you, including: a folding wooden crib (with linens), pack n' play (with linens), potty seat, booster seat, kids' plastic utensils and dishware, a bathroom step stool, children's books and toys, and even a box full of pool toys.
