About this property

Renovated in 2017 and just updated to white kitchen cabinets. The home has a great beach feel. We Love this location. You can see the ocean from the front yard.... that's how close we are to the beach. A 3 minute walk to beautiful Popponesset beach! Renovated the home Spring 2017. We purchased the house from the original owner in August of 2016. Our family owns two other homes on this 14 house dead end street. Walk six houses and down a short path before crossing the only bridge on Dean's pond and you are at the beach. This four bedroom house is ideal for large families or two small families. With a deck and a screened in porch there is plenty of room to enjoy family dinners and conversation. Kitchen is very well stocked for all your cooking needs. We know this area very well. Perfect location for wedding at Popponesset Inn

We stayed here with three adult couples, a toddler, and an infant for an October wedding at the nearby Popponesset Inn. The location was ideal and the house was very cozy! We cooked meals in the kitchen during our stay. We went on walks to the beach (just a few minutes away) and our toddler enjoyed using the wagons and toys in the house. We used the pack n play crib for our infant. The hosts were very responsive and check in and check out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect weekend away!

Only stayed for one night, but now wishing we had stayed longer! The home was clean, spacious and in a perfect location. The owners were so easy to communicate with and made it such an easy process for us. Took advantage of the walk to the beach and in the end just wish we booked more nights! Would absolutely return!

Near Popponesset Inn

Nice cottage near Popponesset Inn. Family- 7adults- stayed to attend a wedding. Cottage clean, nice beach at end of street over a footbridge. Convenient. Mashpee Commons close by.

Excellent location; great neighborhood,lots of living space; great porch!

We had a short walk to the private beach that was not crowded at all the last week of August. The week prior to Labor Day. A fantastic location for walking, riding bikes in a neighborhood setting. Close to the Popponesset Inn, grocery stores and other restaurants and grocery stores etc. Our hosts were responsive and very helpful with all of our questions.

Location, location, location

Great property, especially the kitchen and eating areas. Walk to beach (plenty of chairs and wagon included) and walk to Raw Bar with the best lobster rolls on the Cape.
