Exactly as promised, very responsive owners

We plan to rent this space again on return trips. This was our first VRBO rental and we had a number of questions regarding the site, rooms, etc. Susan was very responsive, provided the answers, and delivered as promised. Although the "villa" gets cleaned just once during a week visit (we selected which day), the housekeeping staff was responsive with towels, soap, etc. whenever needed. The hotel staff was very pleasant and responsive, as well.
