Gorgeous & Luxurious w/ 3 bedrooms! First floor corner unit w/ 1651 sq. ft. has the feel of a single family home! Enter from the front entrance down a beautiful, long entry hallway leading to a huge dining room or may access from the first floor patio area. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with island. Unit has an open floor plan with 10 foot-plus ceilings throughout and is decorated with new high-end furniture. Great room off kitchen includes two leather reclining sofas for easy viewing of 55-inch flat screen TV. Condo is uniquely set up with master bedroom on one side and the other two bedroom on the other accommodating two couples, a family or a discriminating couple. Relax in the beautiful master bedroom with king-size bed, five-piece bath that includes big walk-in closet, large soaking tub and separate shower. Other two bedrooms in the split unit come with two queen-sized beds (one is a high-end comfortable sleeper.) The over-sized bathroom has two sinks plus a shower/tub. A tired unit

We liked the location very much . The condo needs updating . The first morning - both shower heads were broke !! They were replaced that afternoon. Ugh The bathroom in the master bedroom was not cleaned !! Toothpaste in both sinks , floor was very dirty including the kitchen . The second bedrooms bedspread was from Goodwill as the tag was left on. Which means it wasn’t washed . The comforter in the master bedroom was shredded on a corner, and very dirty as well . The kitchen was stocked ok , but with old pans and no mixing bowls . I cleaned for 2 hours when we moved in. …. Nothing matches in the whole unit.

I enjoyed my 3 week stay at the condo. It was nicely decorated and had all the comforts of home especially in the kitchen. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking in the Surprise area.
