Charming private Lake Tahoe Home / Cabin. Located in the quiet family community of Marla Bay development in Zephyr Cove. Known for Lake Tahoe's best sunsets and beaches and proximity to the South Shore Casinos & Hotels - Bally's, Hard Rock, Harvey's, Harrah's and the Marriott Lodge that is attached to the Heavenly Valley Gondola which are all 5 minutes away. The Safeway supermarket, Wholefoods, and Banking are also nearby. Please note, the rate increases with each additional guest over 6 people. Per Douglas County Law, no more guests are allowed beyond your reservation quantity of guests to a maximum of 10 people. Please note: The property has 4 exterior security cameras. Permit No. VHRP20-1064.

Comfortable lake home in a quiet neighborhood

The house is in a great location both for its view of the lake and ease of grocery store and eating out. The neighborhood is super quiet past 9 or 10 which worked for us as we are early risers. The rooms met our needs, although an on suite bathroom for the master bedroom would have been nice, as both bathrooms are on the other side of the house. Not a huge deal though. Lake Tahoe itself is just amazingly beautiful. The private beach was nice although we were not completely confident where we were allowed to set up our chairs, but we made it work. Communication with the owner was fantastic and he was very friendly and helpful.

Great Location & Private Beach

We had an amazing stay at this Zephyr Cove cottage to celebrate my daughter's 30th birthday. The location was great, with easy access to shopping and South Lake Tahoe entertainment. Andrew was so easy to work with and incredibly helpful with great suggestions for hikes, restaurants, and entertainment! The private beach was perfect and less than a minute walk from the cottage. The cottage was spacious, well equipped, and homey without seeming pretentious. I'd definitely book this cottage again!

My name is Andrew Firestone, I am one of three sons of Ronald & Patricia Firestone. I have been traveling to Lake Tahoe for over 45 years since I was a child, and now manage this wonderful Lake Tahoe property.

Friends and acquaintances all tell me this is there favorite place to go on holiday as they feel relaxed, cozy, and rejuvenated. The location is incredible, with views from the dining room, living Room, and the bedrooms coupled with the fresh pine air instantly brings you to a sense of serenity. Marla Bay, Lake Tahoe without a doubt is my number one place in the world, and I have traveled throughout Europe and many parts of Asia, and Mexico.
I am now opening our property to travelers who want to experience one of the most enchanted beautiful, and relaxing places that I know of.

What makes this property unique

Wonderful views of the lake, mountains and the beach. This Classic sierra early American architecture embraces, and welcomes you. You can walk for hours around Marla Bay's streets and the private beach.
