All the comforts of home in this charming furnished rental in one of LA's coolest neighborhoods! This is a studio apartment, one large room with Queen bed and Full-sized futon. There is a separate bathroom and kitchenette. Plenty of restaurants and a great gym within walking distance. On-site laundry free of charge. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Sleeps four. Near major studios and attractions. New kitchen (06/2020) includes oven/range/stove and granite countertops.

New (as of 12/2021) 14" Queen pillowtop hybrid mattress and full futon with memory foam topper.

The entire property is comprised of a 2 unit (side-by-side) duplex plus a guesthouse/cottage. Hosts live in one half of the duplex, while we rent the back half of the duplex. This listing is for the smaller, stand-alone unit. The only shared spaces are the backyard and the laundry room. The backyard has several different seating areas.

Comfortable and Cozy Stay

Tom and Heidi were wonderful! We stayed here while spending time with family and friends. This place was perfect for my husband, daughter and myself. Place was central to all the places and people we were visiting.

A great home away from home

This little condo was the perfect place to come home to after long days of sight seeing. The bed was very comfortable. The place was clean and well stocked with amenities. We never met Heidi, but Tom was so nice and made sure we were all set up and gave a little tour of the place. He even made sure the place was warm before we got here! The location is fantastic and was an easy drive to Universal Studios, Griffith Park and Hollywood. Thanks for the great stay!

Great studio space
