Cannes center, 3min walk to Palais des Festivals, 2 bedrooms, max 5 people

Beautiful bright and elegant new kitchen and superb new bathroom with very big shower. Quit bedrooms! Parking available.

In the heart of Cannes, 1 min walk to the sea front, 3 min to the festival hall. This stylish and modern apartment is located in the most prestigious area of Cannes: 'Le Carré d'Or'. 5 star hotels, glamorous shops, stylish restaurants and the famous rue d'Antibes are all only minutes away. No need for a car. The ideal place for business people and families on holiday.

'L'Azur' is on the 4th floor of a well maintained classical building. The entrance is elegant and the modern lift is of a very comfortable size.

The apartment has 3 small balconies (size: 1 person sitting or 2 people standing!!!). Kitchen and living room are south-west facing.

L'Azur is very bright with open view over roof tops and all the way to the hills. There are 2 very quit bedrooms with a total of 4 single beds (convertible into doubles) + 1 double sofa bed. All beds are 2m long!

The apartment is fully equipped with internet, 3 A/Cs, iron-board, hair-dryer, dish-washer, washing machine, cloth dryer and oven etc. etc.

There is a secure garage: hight restriction: 75cm and quite narrow (a Landrover fits!). Ask if a bigger parking is available.

Last minute enquiries are welcome. Long term rental is possible during the winter season.

There is NO space for a baby-bed! Ask about apartment LE NOSTALGIQUE (p72367).

This apartment has a baby-bed, high chair, baby cutlery etc. and more space (75m2).

Clients comments: We booked l'AZUR for 2 weeks last summer 2010. The apartment was just perfect for us. Modern, clean and bright. Couldn't have been more central. Very, very good location. The sea is just a few steps away and you really won't need a car. Bars, restaurants, dance clubs and shopping is all around you but the apartment is really quite. Up in the 4th floor with no visa-vi and double glazing.

We at times took the train to see Antibes and Monaco. All in easy reach. We walked 5 to 10 min from the station to the town centre.

All to say: we loved it and wish to come back and YES, we will make publicity and send family and friends.

Danke für den Tip! Mougin nördlich von Cannes ist echt einen Besuch wert! Nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto und WOW: Gemälde, Statuen, super Aussicht, echt nettes Dorf und natürlich wieder 'gutes Essen'!!!

Eine Woche hat nicht gereicht! Wir kommen wieder.

Franchement, il y a beaucoup à voir et faire à Cannes, mais nous avons préférer de longues promenades sur la Croisettes et aussi aux long des plages de sable.

Why Bettina chose Cannes

L'AZUR is bright, fresh and quite with nice open views. The apartment has 3 small balconies. The location is great as within walking distance to the sea front and rue d'Antibes. No car needed!

It's absolutely perfect for congress stays as it only takes 3min walk to reach the 'palais des festivals'. So very easy to come home, have a shower, change and go out again.

What makes this apartment unique

L'AZUR has 3 small balconies of which one has sea view. It's in the 4th floor with lift. This apartment is a little jewel and has everything one needs to feel comfortable.

W had a smashing time at l'AZUR. It's a wonderful apartment and the location is excellent. We did an awful lot of walking: we visited at least 3 open markets: "marvelous". We walked up the Croisttes and all the way to the Palm Beach Casino: at least 1hrs. Also walked along the port and towarts the Esterel mountains: great views! We manged to catch a boat to the nearby island and continued walking there...

We will be back!

tolle Wohung, warmer Empfang, super zentral!

Mein Freund und ich kamen zum ersten Mal nach Cannes. Was für eine herrliche Stadt!!! Tolle Straende, sehr gutes Essen, sagenhaftes Ambiente!!! Die Wohnung L'AZUR ist einfach super. Sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es wurde tatsaechlich an alles gedacht: Waeschetrockner, Bügeleisen, Waescheklammern... Die Lage ist 1A!!! Man braucht tatsaechlich kein Auto. Zum Bus- und Bahnhof sind es nur 5min zu Fuss. Das Meer, die Laeden und Restaurants sind alle gerade um die Ecke. Es hat sogar ein Kino das Filme in Originalversion zeigt. Wir planen naechstes Jahr mit Freunden wieder zu kommen. Vielleicht werden wir sogar eine groessere Gruppe und auch die zweite Wohnung LE NOSTALGIQUE in der gleichen Strasse mit mieten. Прекарсное местоположение!!! 3 мин до чудесного рынка,2 мин до моря и Круазетт!! рядом магазины,кафе,рестораны- в общем,идеальное место для короткого пребывания в Каннах!! очень выручает гараж на соседней улице!!!

A great experience

We have now stayed twice in the same apartment and Bettina goes out of her way to accommodate our needs. The location is fantastic especially as we need to be close to the Palais. The bathroom is modern and the shower is an "american" style walk in with a door and a rain shower head; a big plus for us.

Perfect stay in a great location

I stayed here for 5 nights in December and the apartment was fantastic. Comfortable furnishings, high end fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen, flawless WiFi access. The apartment is exactly as shown on the listing, clean and well-maintained. It is within walking distance to everything - Rue d'Antibes, La Croisette, and the Palais, and in a safe location. Bettina was great to work with, very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this apartment.

Мы пользуемся этой квартирой уже три года! Квартира находится в лучшем месте! Рядом рынок , наша любимая булочная и пляж. В этом году Беттина обновила кухню,туалет и ванную комнату.Вся техника работает прекрасно.

Квартира всегда очень чистая.

C Беттиной работать очень легко и безопасно, она всегда на связи и очень профессиональна!

Очень надеемся вернуться снова!

Провели прекрасных три недели в Каннах в 2014 году

Это был наш третий визит в Канны и первый – с маленьким ребенком. Апартаменты оказались очень удобными и уютными. Во всех трех комнатах кондиционеры, что очень важно для летнего отдыха. Везде свежий ремонт, есть вся необходимая техника. Для ребенка нам предоставили все необходимое: детскую кроватку с бельем, стул для кормления, дополнительные пляжные полотенца. К слову, в квартире нашелся пляжный зонтик, который мы использовали в самые жаркие дни – очень удобно. Раз в неделю меняли белье и полотенца, также была обеспечена качественная уборка. Единственное чего не хватало – это большой кастрюли для варки омаров, но ее оказалось несложно найти и купить.

Отдельно хочется отметить удивительное расположение: близко от пляжа (минуты 2-3 ходьбы), центр набережной Круазет – примерно посередине между Дворцом фестивалей и знаменитым каннским отелем Ритц Карлтон, с балкона можно смотреть многочисленные летние салюты, также недалеко магазины и рынки с прекрасной французской кухней. При этом по вечерам достаточно тихо – на самой улице нет слишком шумных заведений, а с соседних улиц их не слышно – наверное, неплохая звукоизоляция (при закрытых окнах – при открытых окнах летом здесь всегда шумно по ночам).

Нам было хорошо в этом отпуске, надеемся вернуться снова.

Very quit bedrooms!

L'Azur has an excellent location. Only 1min walking distance to 'La Croisettes', the sea front of Cannes and only a short 3 min walk to the congress hall 'Le Palais des Festivals'. This 2 bedroom apartment is within what is know to be the very elegant 'Carré d'Or'. You won't need a car. The very best restaurants, well-known night clubs, the most glamorous boutiques like Cartier, Fred, Yves St. Laurant and all the best 5 star hotels are in easy reach. The old town and the old harbour, the famous shopping street: 'rue d'Antibes' as well as the main train and bus station, all within 15 min walking distance.

bus 200, only € 1.00 but much longer!!!

'L'Azur' is a wonderful, modern, contemporary and very light apartment in PRIME LOCATION. There is A/C in both bedrooms and living room. We have wireless internet, brand new summer 2012. L'AZUR has its own secure parking in opposite building (1min walk). Cost: 20.-E p/day. Hight is restricted to 175cm! Parking is narrow! My Landrover Freelander fits! For very high and long cars: parking LAUBEAUF, 1.4km, at the harbour, secured but open air. Adresse: Quai M. Laubeuf, 06400 Cannes, tel: Please know that 'Le Nostalgique' 75m² (2 bedrooms, 4 single beds and 1 sofa bed) is available in the same street. Please check property ref: 72367. Le Nostalgique has 2 balconies + 1 terrace. Also secure underground parking: hight 180cm. Both apartments can be rented out 'together'. Walking distance from one apartment to the other: 1min.
