In the heart of Cannes, 1 min walk to the sea front, 3 min to the festival hall. This stylish and modern apartment is located in the most prestigious area of Cannes: 'Le Carré d'Or'. 5 star hotels, glamorous shops, stylish restaurants and the famous rue d'Antibes are all only minutes away. No need for a car. The ideal place for business people and families on holiday.

'L'Azur' is on the 4th floor of a well maintained classical building. The entrance is elegant and the modern lift is of a very comfortable size.

The apartment has 3 small balconies. Kitchen and living room are south-west facing.

L'Azur is very bright and sunny with open views over roof tops and all the way to the hills as well as the sea.

There are 2 very quit bedrooms with a total of 4 single beds (convertible into doubles) + 1 double sofa bed. All beds are 2m long!

Last minute enquiries are welcome. Long term rental is possible during the winter season.

There is NO space for a baby-bed! Ask about apartment LE NOSTALGIQUE (p72367).

LE NOSTALGIQUE has a baby-bed, high chair, baby cutlery etc. and more space (75m2).

Extra cleaning can be provided: € 50 (3 hours).

Towel and linen change during stay: € 20 per person.

Clients comments: We booked l'AZUR for 2 weeks last summer 2010. The apartment was just perfect for us. Modern, clean and bright. Couldn't have been more central. Very, very good location. The sea is just a few steps away and you really won't need a car. Bars, restaurants, dance clubs and shopping is all around you but the apartment is really quite. Up in the 4th floor with no visa-vi and double glazing.

We at times took the train to see Antibes and Monaco. All in easy reach. We walked 5 to 10 min from the station to the town centre.

All to say: we loved it and wish to come back and YES, we will make publicity and send family and friends.

Der Markt gleich um die Ecke war super! Danke für den Tip! Frische Croissants, Baguette, Wein, Fisch... Tolles frisches Gemüse, echt so wie man sich die Cote d'Azur vorstellt.

Danke für den Tip! Mougin nördlich von Cannes ist echt einen Besuch wert! Nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto und WOW: Gemälde, Statuen, super Aussicht, echt nettes Dorf und natürlich wieder 'gutes Essen'!!!

Eine Woche hat nicht gereicht! Wir kommen wieder.

Franchement, il y a beaucoup à voir et faire à Cannes, mais nous avons préférer de longues promenades sur la Croisettes et aussi aux long des plages de sable.

Why Bettina chose Cannes

L'AZUR is bright, fresh and quite with nice open views. The apartment has 3 small balconies. The location is great as within walking distance to the sea front and rue d'Antibes. No car needed!

It's absolutely perfect for congress stays as it only takes 3min walk to reach the 'palais des festivals'. So very easy to come home, have a shower, change and go out again.

What makes this apartment unique

L'AZUR has 3 small balconies of which one has sea view. It's in the 4th floor with lift. This apartment is a little jewel and has everything one needs to feel comfortable.

W had a smashing time at l'AZUR. It's a wonderful apartment and the location is excellent. We did an awful lot of walking: we visited at least 3 open markets: "marvelous". We walked up the Croisttes and all the way to the Palm Beach Casino: at least 1hrs. Also walked along the port and towarts the Esterel mountains: great views! We manged to catch a boat to the nearby island and continued walking there...

We will be back!

Unforgetable stay

Awesome location, very close to the beach, food market, shops, full of light flat, well equipped , including the kitchen, comfortable bed, spacious and good working shower. Special thanks to the manager, Bettina, knowledgeable and caring! Bettina is always eager to go an extra mile for the clients. When I mentioned that I usually sleep on a down pillow and the apartment does not have one, Bettina immediately purchased one for me. Also, quickly arranged a taxi ride to go to Nice airport, when I asked . Looking forward to be back!

Fantastisk flott ferie!

Foreldre, to døtre, to svigersønner og to barnebarn har hatt en superfin ferie i Villa Vue d'Antibes! Vi har feriert i tilsvarende feriehus i Provence i mange år, men Villa Vue d'Antibes er det beste av alle! Det ligger i fredelige omgivelser, samtidig i nærhet til mange spennende opplevelser og koselige byer/steder. (Bil er nødvendig.) Dette var en spesielt velfungerende villa for oss! Her var det usjenert, fantastisk utsikt, stor og frodig hage med en svalende uteplass, herlig svømmebasseng, romslige og luftige soverom, koselige stuer og velutstyrt kjøkken....og en alle tiders hyggelig og serviceinnstilt vertinne; tusen, tusen takk, Bettina! Med alle trappene, er det ikke handicap vennlig, men til alle dere andre anbefales Villa Vue d'Antibes på det varmeste!

En oas på landsbygden

Ett mycket trevligt hus upp i bergen inte långt ifrån Nice och Antibes. Med bil når du dessa städer på under 30 minuter. På gångavstånd ligger den pittoreska byn Vence som erbjuder restauranger och små butiker.

Polen och huset var större än bilderna visade och vårt sällskap på 9 hade inga problem att få plats. Glöm inte att utnyttja både boulebanan och pingisbordet!

Owner's Response: Dear all, many thanks for your very nice review. Indeed, our beautiful medieval village of St. Paul de Vence can be reached within 10min walk. St. Paul is famous for its very many art galleries. And yes, the villa is extremely spacious with 5 bathrooms and 7 WCs! Also, lots of balconies and terraces, so even big groups of 12 people will never feel squeezed. The view is the very best. One can see St. Paul village, beautiful green hills and all the way to the sea. The airport is only 15min by car and most attractions can be reached within 15 to 50min. I wanted to thank you again for having left the property in such nice condition. All rubbish taken away, all towels washed and the kitchen left in a truly perfect state. You will get 5 stars for me for this ***** Please come back any time!

Modern Apartment

- The apartment is in a fabulous location. In a nice quiet road just off the Rue d'Antibes.

- Overall a very neat and modern apartment, which is not easy to find in the heart of Cannes.

- Great apartment for those visiting the festivals

- Would recommend the owners spend some time on neatening walls sockets and making some minor adjustments to make it a 5* accommodation.

- Would happily book again. Bettina was a big help and very accommodating.

Walking distance to everywhere: sea, rue d'Antibes, the Festival hall, old town, harbour, train and main bus station... This was so important to you. Great water pressure, strong wifi, excellent air conditioning, fully equipped apartment, very comfortable mattresses etc. Yes, the apartment is modern contemporary and very bright and we have so many clients coming back regularly for business and for holidays. We will again lock into these lose wall sockets which suffer from clients pulling on them to hard... I hope to be seeing you again during LION 2017. All the best.

We had a fabulous time in this apartment and in Cannes and would recommend it without hesitation. The location is superb and you have a great view over Cannes and to the sea. The apartment is newly renovated with all mod cons and very clean and bright. The agent Bettina was a super host, very efficient and professional.

Very quit bedrooms!

L'Azur has an excellent location. Only 1min walking distance to 'La Croisettes', the sea front of Cannes and only a short 3 min walk to the congress hall 'Le Palais des Festivals'. This 2 bedroom apartment is within what is know to be the very elegant 'Carré d'Or'. You won't need a car. The very best restaurants, well-known night clubs, the most glamorous boutiques like Cartier, Fred, Yves St. Laurant and all the best 5 star hotels are in easy reach. The old town and the old harbour, the famous shopping street: 'rue d'Antibes' as well as the main train and bus station, all within 15 min walking distance.
