Fly south for the winter and spend some time relaxing in sunny Florida! This lakefront house has a private pool and access to shared tennis courts.

Located in the community of Briarwood, the house is near plenty of excellent shops and restaurants, and just six miles from the beach. In addition to the shared tennis courts and pool, the community has a clubhouse and a three-acre park.

A relaxing interior filled with soft floral decor and light walls is a great place to come together for a fun evening activity. Break out the board games, find a book you're curious about in the entertainment center, or just turn on the TV and see what's on cable. There's a DVD player, if you brought something to watch, and WiFi helps you keep in touch with the folks back home.

With so much free time, it's the perfect opportunity to try some new recipes in the fully equipped kitchen. Brew some coffee in the morning to help yourself wake up, then prepare a healthy breakfast. When you're done, the dishwasher takes care of cleanup. Eat at the nearby dining table or open the sliding glass doors to head out onto the patio.

On the patio, have a seat at the table and finish your coffee, or fire up the gas grill for a barbecue. Work on your tan on one of the lounge chairs, then cool off by jumping in the pool.

Four bedrooms provide ample space for eight guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom, while the other bedrooms have queens. This is a great home for a couples' retreat or a family gathering. There's three bathrooms so it's easy to share space, and a private washer and dryer takes care of laundry.

Visit the Naples Zoo, where you can feed alligators and take a boat ride with monkeys lining the trees on the bank. Learn about the area at the Naples Historical Society, or just walk down the pier and drink in the beautiful sunset.

Reserve a tee time at the nearby Naples Grande Golf Club, or grab your racket and challenge a friend to a match on the tennis court. For a romantic afternoon, take a stroll around the Naples Botanical Garden, with its giant lilypads and waterfall feature.

This unit requires an HOA application to be completed and emailed back to Vacasa within 3 days of booking.
The pool can be heated upon request! 48-hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $32 per day plus tax must be paid prior to check-in.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
