Plus, there is a separate 1bed/bath apartment on the premises that may be occupied by another guest That is not apart of your reservation. The apartment has separate entry, parking, and is gated off from the main house. Security and privacy will not be an issue. Plus, there are 4 security cameras on located on the exterior of the property to safeguard both guest and owner from theft and wrongdoing. Please note that the cameras act as a deterrent only and are not used to spy on guests. Also know that nearly every angle of the exterior of house can be viewed by these cameras, much like the cameras located at any business. Pool can be heated for and additional cost (2 night minimum).
