A Large home in Downtown Glenwood Springs with tons of character. This Craftsman style home will lure you in with it's magnificent detail and comfort. Located right in the downtown core within walking distance to the Glenwood Hot Springs and Restaurants. Each Room has its own style from the wood work and high end furniture. There are 4 Bedrooms with 2 Full Baths and plenty of room. Relax in the Living Room or get cooking in this brand new remodeled kitchen. The kitchen has all Stainless Steel appliances and all the cooking essentials needed to please the family. Go and enjoy the 52'' HD TV in the Game Room and free Wifi throughout. Maybe grab a book from the library and relax for awhile. There is a Breakfast Nook to enjoy or go to the Formal Dining Room and impress your guests. Full laundry room in the basement as well. Every bedroom has brand new mattresses and many extras. Leave the car at home as everything is in walking distance. Lots of homes like to claim to be downtown but this one truly is. Walk to all restaurants and the world famous hot springs. If you went to explore more of the valley it's a very close walk to the bus stop that will take you all the way to Aspen if desired. Great large backyard that is private. Enjoy sitting On the back patio while grilling. Grab some veggies from the garden before cooking dinner. Parking in front of the house on the street. This house is located Downtown but is set back on a quite one way street. This home is not just a place to stay but an experience of what it would be like to be in Glenwood back in the day but with everything that makes life great now. Don't pass on this gem in Glenwood Springs.

Girls Getaway

We loved this home! Lots of room, very charming and the check in process was very smooth. We found Matt very easy to communicate with. The location is just about perfect... Close to downtown and yet quiet and very safe feeling. Lots of parking right out front. Our only complaint is that we couldn't use that charming porch due to the super cold weather! We will be back!!
