The kitchen is laid out so preparing a meal (or having one prepared for you) will be an enjoyable experience for everyone. Viking appliances highlight the space, ensuring a delicious outcome to any meal or cocktail hour. The dining area and breakfast bar area offer the perfect service or dining spaces.

Step (or ride the elevator) to the second floor where the sleeping accommodations of this home are found. Slumber, retreat and prep for the next day of activities in style and absolute comfort. The master bedroom boasts a sitting room in addition to the king bed. The large en suite bathroom offers the very best in privacy and more. House is a wreck. termites, non functioning appliances, leaks, sporadic wifi, broken chairs, broken pool equipment, water leaks, mustiness, struggling a/c units.. woke up every morning to a pile of termites and dead bugs on the floor by the dining room table. grill would not light, stove has non functioning burners, hood and hood light do not work, there is a water leak on the stove hood from outside wall, toaster missing knobs, main refridergator has broken shelves, microwave had broken dish/plate, and the freezer had no shelves. Chairs were broken, foosball table was broken, pool equipment would not turn on hot tub or any other functions, a/c barely cooled upstairs, and dryer would not dry no matter size pf the load and how many times we cleaned the dryer vent. homeowners are clearly not taking care of this house. stay away.

Destin Vacation

The location and the house were beautiful. The house had a flea problem that got corrected, but not before my guest got bit repeatedly. I thought some sort of adjustment should have been offered.

Perfect house for our group of 5 adults and 6 Young children. Beach was closer than expected (30 sec walk to beach access). Having a garage to leave beach supplies in really helped control sand in the home. Beautiful grounds in the entire neighborhood and high security presence made for quiet evening to enjoy the sound of the waves.
