2056 sq. ft. townhome with 3 bedroom/ 3 full baths (sleeps 8) for 6-month or longer rental. Sleeping arrangements include: 1 master with queen bed, 1 guest bedroom with queen bed, and 1 guest room with bunk and trundle bed that can sleep 4. There is a gas fireplace, AC/ heating, internet and cable (TVs in living room and family room). There is garage parking for 1, driveway space for 1, and limited street parking. Non- smoking policy.

This mountain location is beautiful and full of activities any time of year.
Nearby activities include:
World Class skiing only an easy 30 to 40 minute drive to 5 different ski resorts: Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, Brighton, and Sundance; 1 hour drive to Park City ski resorts. Mountain biking and hiking trailheads just a short ride/walk from the front door (Draper Parks and Trail maps or other free activities can be found on Draper City website). Hang-gliding park is just down the road (15300 South Steep Mountain Rd Draper, UT).

Great spot between SLC and Utah County
Our family enjoyed our stay at the town house. It was a perfect spot to do activities in the mountains, desert, SLC and or Utah County. Very clean, plenty of space.

It was fabulous.
The hosts were amazing and helpful. The home felt like being at home! Amazing cozy and comfy and clean and well stocked! Perfect for a 6week stay with my family. We all felt like we were at home- for real!

About me: I grew up in California near the beach, but fell in love with the mountains at a young age. I found I crave beach and snow time almost equally. You will find me living daily life in San Diego and vacationing in Utah. Our family enjoys the opportunities we have to get away to our "mountain chalet" every chance we get! We love it so much with all the activities that are there! It is so quiet and peaceful! I want to share this home in hopes that others will find the peacefulness of the mountains as inviting as we do!

Why they chose this property

I travelled to Salt Lake City to find the best powder on earth and after visiting many other ski locations determined that the Wasatch Mountains had the best snow. I was never disappointed! I travelled here for over 7 years straight before I decided it was time to commit to my own local home. After over a year of searching, I found this townhouse in Draper. From the map it seemed it may disappoint with the drive to the mountain (rather than ski in and out), but in reality, it only adds another 10-15 minutes from the base of the mountain. It is a 30-40 minute drive from any of the 5 ski locations. This location is also above the inversion level, so during the days the air quality in the valley is not so great, we escape it. The views are lovely all year round and the hiking off ski season is absolutely amazing. I really can't say enough about how wonderful the location is.

The best part of this townhome is the views of the mountains and the closeness of the hiking and mountain biking trails.
