The main/master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the 2 remaining rooms are furnished with queen bed (s), comfortable for sleeping 6 people. The open living room is furnished with a big screen t v and sound bar, leather sofa, loveseat and 2 comfy chairs. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with granite countertops and 4 barstools. Situated on Coldwater Springs Golf Course, guests can enjoy an afternoon of golf and later watch the sunset from the patio or take a dip in the heated pool. Well stocked and furnished with 4 outdoor lounge chairs and Weber barbecue along with conversation seating in covered patio and teak outdoor dining table that seats 8. Situated 20 minutes west of downtown Phoenix off I-10.

Relaxing, welcoming

The house and outdoor provide numerous areas to relax. The house has many added homey touches. The owners have a well-stocked kitchen as well as plenty of linens. All rooms and the outside have thoughtful amenities. Communication was easy. We would love to return to this property.

Family Visit

Perfect location near where family lives, and easy to get to places we wanted to go. Fun to find golf balls on top of the pool cover from the fairway outside the back door! Host always very responsive and accommodating.

Decent Stay Close to Raceway

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this home. We were in town for an event at the raceway which was convenient. Otherwise, the house is 20-30 minutes to most other places we went to. The house was stocked with just about anything you could imagine. The pantry even had emergency food items if needed. There was a large binder with info and rules… not terribly unreasonable other than some unexpected cleaning tasks to do before leaving. I’d like to note that the water heater is kept in vacation mode so you won’t have hot water until you turn it on and wait a bit. We didn’t expect that and was disappointing when we had plans soon after arriving. The owner/property manager we’re very responsive!

PHX pleasure

This is our second time staying at this property. It is a perfect fit for our family and life style. Heated pool, golf course, close to the airport and the house has many extras that make it feel like "home away from home". We will stay again when we visit.

As advertised

We enjoyed our stay there. The pool was used everyday. They provided supplies that you would otherwise have to purchase, e.g. paper products and soaps. They were very helpful with a couple miner glitches. The house and property were very clean and well kept. Highly recommend!

The property is centrally located to downtown and the international airport. Multiple spring training facilities along with Westgate entertainment and shopping. Floorplan is an open concept, which makes it great for families and friends to share their vacation together while cooking and catching your favorite show on TV. The covered patio rescues you from the beautiful Arizona sunshine, while you enjoy the blue sky and warmth. When night falls the planets and stars become part of your surroundings and provide conversation and relaxation. You will have all the amenities to make your vacation an enjoyable one.

What makes this property unique

The Coldwater Springs golf course is great and a joy to look out and watch the golfers go by. The golf course really makes you feel like it's part of your back yard. Desert landscape, palm trees and pool define the property and tasteful décor top it off.
