The townhome rental includes two parking spaces in front of the property and additional two spaces in the overflow parking lot. Please be aware that Seaside Village does not allow you to park trailers in the community. Any fines incurred will be deducted from your deposit. Two possible trailer options include parking your trailer at the public ramp only a few minutes away, or parking in the overflow lot.

Guests enjoy use of the community clubhouse with gym and outdoor swimming pool (Memorial Day weekend thru the weekend after Labor Day). We are looking for responsible family renters who will excellently maintain our townhome and surrounding beautiful neighborhood. No pets or animals (unless able to provide proper verification of service animal assistance). No smoking in or around the townhome must be 26 years and older to rent. I'm sorry but no senior weekers.
