Single story beautiful town home. Sleeps 6-7 people. Full kitchen, wrap around patio, floral courtyard. Enjoy a nice cold drink and soak in the La Sal Mountains or Moab Rim Sunsets from the courtyard. Store your toys in a 2 car garage and enjoy a nice swim or soak in the pool and hot tub.

Master bedroom features a relaxing atmosphere with a queen bed and private bathroom.

Guest bedroom features a large space with a queen bed and twin bunk beds. Screened changing area provided. A full bathroom is just off the bedroom in the hall.

Kitchen and living areas are open to one another for a fantastic social setting. Enjoy cooking a meal in if you may please. BBQ grill and full kitchen utensils are supplied. Tastefully furnished and decorated, you will be sure to find yourself cozy and comfortable here.

Clean and nicely furnished

First the positives for the price compared to hotels in Moab this was excellent. Two very good sized bedrooms, what seemed like brand new memory foam matresses. The shower was amazing and good sized closet in master suite. Perfect for couples or families. Only a few negatives, this is fairly close to the main road and near an rv parking area. The swimming pool was very strangely hidden behind what seemed to be a private residence so we dident actually try to go in. Also be aware this is about an 8 minute drive south of Moab center. Overall i would stay here again, bery nice property.

Great house in Moab!

Very clean, comfortable, roomy house. Nicely fiurnished with a well-equipped kitchen. Nice bathrooms, comfortable beds with good linens, large closets. No clutter, so plenty of space for your stuff. Nice views of red rocks and snow-covered mountains. Landlord responsive and easy to work with. We would come back!

Beautiful home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our days in your beautiful home! The beds are very comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Love the location. We were exploring/hiking Arches NP and Canyonlands and the location of the house is perfect! Plenty of restaurants as well. Thanks for sharing your home!
