About this property

Only 5 houses to the ocean, this tastefully decorated and very clean two-family home offers wonderful accommodations for non-smoking families of two to six people. The upper level of this home is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath with a tub, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. A queen-size air mattress is available for your 2 additional guests. From the upper level, you will enjoy relaxing on 3 decks. The rooftop deck is spacious and offers ocean views!

This ocean block home has air conditioning, WiFi, cable, 6 beach badges, beach equipment, gas grills, enclosed outdoor showers, and plenty of off-street parking available for EACH level. This home does not have a washer or dryer. Families have been coming back to this desirable home with its convenient location for more than 20 years.

The upper level of this home has air conditioning, private access to the upper decks, and its own enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, and off-street parking. Recent Upgrades: The upper front deck was renovated in June 2020 with new fiberglass decking. The windows on both levels were replaced in 2021.
