Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental is a Turtle Point Villa that offers two bedrooms, golf views, and is just a 3 minute walk to the nearest beach access.

This first floor villa features an open living space which opens to the spacious back deck. The living area has plenty of cozy seating for family gatherings and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors allow easy access to the back deck where there is additional seating for watching the golfers go by. The fully equipped kitchen looks through to the sun room, which has a table with seating for four as well as a comfy lounge chair and beautiful golf views. The sunroom and kitchen open to the dining area with a table for six and a wall of windows which let in natural light and views of the golf course.

The master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom, and access to a balcony. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and an attached bathroom that can also be accessed from the hallway.

This villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

Kiawah relaxation

Property was well appointed in a great location for golf or beach. Well stocked with all necessary items. Spacious for a two bedroom villa. The flooring and some of the walls and woodwork need some attention.

Nice Stay at Kiawah

Condo needs some maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has stayed in several Turtle Point Villas over the years. This was one of the less comfortable villas. The best features are location (view overlooking the 17th fairway of Turtle Point), ample storage space in dressers, easy beach access if one walks directly across the fairway, and attractive color scheme. The first thing that we did not like was that the apartment seemed cluttered with too much furniture. Second, the lamps seemed to have three way switches but one-way bulbs. Also, one of the two ceiling lighting fixtures in the kitchen did not work. Maintenance was called and replaced both fixtures, not just the bulbs. Third, the hot-cold pipes were reversed in the shower in the second bath confirmed by a call to Akers-Ellis. The clothes washer and dryer were small. There was mold in the grout of the master shower. During our stay the front door lock became increasing difficult to insert the key, requiring management to come and lubricate the lock. There was only one key in the apartment in addition to the key in the lockbox, which was supposed to be left in the lockbox. The king mattress in the master bedroom had a thick foam pad over it and was uncomfortable. This apartment could be made more comfortable with a little maintenance and updating.

Great Location, Needs some Updates

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This villa was a great location; beautiful view of Turtle Point Golf Course and my fitbit counted only 800 steps to the beach! There were some minor issues with the villa - lights burned out, a bath sink that didn't work, but overall OK. It looks like maybe the owners are in the middle of some renovations which are needed. I would definitely look to rent again in this neighborhood.
