The prices on this ad are for one condo only.

These have one of the largest ocean front balconies of any 2 bedroom in all of Panama City Beach.

The living room has a large flat screen tv. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area overlook the gulf. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and faces the gulf, with sliding glass doors to the large, 40 feet balcony.

GULF CREST PET POLICY One small dog less than 25 lbs allowed for renters over 30 days. The front office charges $100 fee upon arrival. This is their fee and not associated with any of our fees. Pets not allowed for renters less than 30 days.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointing! The condo smelled bad. Filthy carpet and furniture. All the patio furniture was moved into our condo the 2nd week. Building under construction the entire 2 mmonths...pools * hot tubs closed

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, facilities are nice, security onsite and within walking distance to many things. 4 adults stayed for bike week and having covered parking for our motorcycles was GREAT! Condo has plenty of dishes to make meals, plenty of towels...we will be staying again!!

Room was not clean, my wife and i had to clean. Washed bed linens, towels: the smelled like womens perfume. Get a shower and bath at same time as tub drains slow. Couch ripped/ broken and stained. Condo definitely need updated. Furniture is old and king bed sinks to center. Skirt at bottom of tub falling out. Light in utility doesn't work. This was my 5th stay at Gulf Crest. All other rentals were perfect. Will not rent this room again. Overall we had a great time on the beach.
