Our townhouse is near it all--nestled between Seaside and Rosemary Beach--right where you want to be! It is spacious, open, and full of light. You will enjoy your vacation in our townhouse. It is cheerfully decorated, comfortable and welcoming. It has tile and wood floors. The kitchen has lovely granite counter tops and is well equipped for anything you need for cooking. Or, there is a variety of many great restaurants for your dining pleasure on County Road 30A. You will find many interesting shops filled with unique treasures in the area. There is a fantastic Outlet Mall about 20 minutes away on Highway 98W and Pier Park Shopping 20 minutes away on Highway 98E.

Our townhouse is located in the first building facing the entrance to Cassine Gardens. It is just steps away from the beach and the emerald waters of the Gulf just across County Road 30A. One of the two community pools is located right behind our townhouse. Cassine Gardens is the best of both worlds for beach lovers and nature lovers. The grounds around our 'little piece of heaven' are plush green lined with local flowers and foliage. The property located directly behind Cassine Gardens is Point Washington Preserve that has trails for those who like to walk or bike in the woods.

Stroll the grounds and you will find a basketball goal for playing , a pond for fishing, a gazebo swing for relaxing, nature trails for hiking or biking, a picnic pavilion with grill, tennis courts and a second pool. There is a 31 mile bike/walk path on 30A, directly in front of Cassine Gardens. Two bikes are provided with rental.

Play in the beautiful white sand and swim in the sparkling clean Gulf just across the street from our town home. Take walks on the beach or just relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. You may read, chat, nap or just listen to the waves, soak in the sun and enjoy the stunning sunsets.

Cassine Gardens is the perfect location

Loved our stay here during the first week of April with our teen daughter. Cassine Gardens is an oasis in the midst of the spring break madness of 30A. We relished our time spent at the beautiful pools and tennis/pickle ball courts...one pool is just off the back patio...you can't see the pool because of the landscaping and trees surrounding it, but it's about 20 feet from the condo. Cassine Gardens connects to Point Washington State Park, so you can hike for miles without even leaving the neighborhood development. The Cassine Trail (blue trail) is an easy but lovely 2 mile round trip hike that leads into the forest trails if you want to go further. This condo has three outdoor spaces: one downstairs patio off the back sliding glass door (with grill) and two upstairs balconies off the sliding glass doors of each bedroom. The twin bedroom faces the back greenspace/pool and has a shaded balcony. The master faces the parking lot with a sunny balcony. All three spaces are wonderful. Also loved the comfortable inside space to lounge. Great kitchen stocked with cookware and all needed appliances. Bring or buy coffee filters, S&P, and all spices. Also bring a hair dryer and beach towels. The half bath downstairs is handy, and the owner provides plenty of nice beach chairs and beach toys in the outside closet. Comfortable beds and good water pressure. The inclusion of two bikes at this price make this condo the best deal on 30A, in my opinion. Thank you, Rosemary!

Everything about this property was wonderful. Here are the highlights: 1. The beach access is right across the street, a short, safe walk. The are walkable restaurants and shops, including a Mexican restaurant just steps away which we enjoyed several times. 2. The unit is well appointed and immaculately clean. The kitchen has more than enough cooking and serving items, the beds slept great, and it was a delightful place to stay. 3. Our host, Rosemary, was great to work with. She provided detailed instructions for key access and other amenities, and when I had a question (which was include in our email and I stupidly overlooked), she provided a timely answer. We’d definitely stay there again.

Great price, great location

Reasonably priced in a perfect location with easy access to the beach and a pool. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, coffee, shopping, etc. Short drive to Seaside and Watercolor, grocery store, and other restaurants.

We don't get to our 'little piece of heaven' as often as we would like. So we decided to rent our place so that others could enjoy it too. We enjoy biking and taking short or long walks on the 31 mile bike trail on Hwy 30A. We often take a lunch to the beach, spend the day floating in the water, walking on the beach, or just relaxing under an umbrella with a book and sipping a glass of wine while watching the gorgeous sunset.

Why they chose this property

Our family has vacationed in this area for the last 30 years. When we decided to buy, we knew it had to be Seagrove Beach because we enjoy the quiet, family atmosphere, as well as the convenience of being close to restaurants, shopping, amusement parks, etc. Cassine Garden is the best of both worlds with the beach just across the street and nature trails which border the back of the property.

What makes this property unique

Our town house is perfect for us--the beach is just a 2-3 minute walk across the street, the pool is just a few steps from our back door, and the nature trails are just right for hiking in the woods. Our children and their families still choose to vacation all together here once a year.
