Not exactly accurate to description.
Our trip to magic kingdom as about 35 minutes. We had to first check in at the front desk which is across a 4 lane highway so you have to ask for the shuttle to get you but they make you go over there to print a bus voucher to Disney and hour prior . So you have to arrange the shuttle and bus in the right amount of time to make it to everything on time. The trip to Disney was made to be that it was much closer. You can’t really walk to the amenities because of the traffic so you have to rely on the shuttle.
Also the Ubers and door dashers had lots of trouble getting in the front gate. No one likes to answer the call button when they push it, we ended up walking from the gate many times because of this issue.
One of the days people came to clean the pool and put chemicals in and told us not to swim for two hours, but they did it at 1pm on a nice day. Would have been nice to arrange a day that people are gone or first thing in the morning or right before bed.
I did like the alarm that goes off when you open the sliding door to the pools. It’s a nice feature if you have kids. There is no baby gate for stairs if you have little ones. They did have strollers and play pens which was nice.
