Contemporary House designed by renowned Costa Rican architect Victor Cañas. Located in unique property with more than 30hectares of private reserve, above Montezuma Beach, with a pristine ocean view. Next to a National Refuge, which makes it a wild life bridge.

The house was thoughtfully designed, taking each detail into consideration. The views, and peace you feel upon entering, are breathtaking!

It has floor-to-ceiling glass walls that open up to the panoramic ocean view, infinity pool, and Costa Rican jungle.

It offers a 152-inch movie theater screen which rolls down from the living room ceiling and flat screens in the guest rooms , connected to an Apple TV.

For just relaxing or doing Yoga, the house has a beautiful, spacious teakwood deck.

The dining area is equipped with a custom-poured concrete slab table which seats six, in addition to a breakfast nook for 3.

The house has a small office with an amazing view, and also a laundry room.

Spectacular design and unique location.

Perched on a cliffside with sweeping views of the coastline and breaking waves, this property is a truly unique experience, that blur the lines between indoor and outdoor. The views of sunrise from the main bedroom will rival any wake up you've ever had anywhere! And the outdoor spaces _ from infinity pool to deck area - evolve and shift as the sun moves across the property, providing shade or sun on demand. Easy access to the quiet village of Montezuma and a short drive to the bustling surf and nightlife of Santa Teresa. And to top it all, Hannah the concierge is absolutely exceptional! Enjoy.
