Toni Pastermack purchased this house in 2012
To be near my grandchildren.
You do not need a vehicle in downtown Annapolis. Everything is in walking distance.
I just wanted to say the stay this past weekend was amazing! We had an unbelievable time and the house was perfect! In the future I would rent again from you in a second!
You could not ask for a more convenient location to the Naval academy and downtown Annapolis. Once we arrived we parked our car and never used it again during our stay. The home is very well equipped with kitchen utensils, spices and bath products. We loved sitting on the front porch watching the world go by. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks!
Wonderful stay --- thank you!!
Truly sits in the best location to everything in Historic Annapolis. The home is well maintained and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the home is well stocked with bath towels and linens. Because the home is really in the heart of it all, there is a lot of foot and vehicle traffic and the noise that comes with it, but the ease to get around makes it more than worthwhile. The basement is rougher than it looks in the pictures, so if you have any finicky people traveling with you, I would not think they will want to sleep in the basement. There are two baths with showers, one is recently renovated while the other is original to the home and is in need of some repairs and updates. It's not unusable, but it is not up to par with the rest of the home. Parking can be a challenge, so if you find a good spot, don't leave it! We took Uber a couple of times when everyone was tired of walking and there were many available cars. Overall, a big thumbs up!
Beautiful home that is very well appointed. Clean and modern and the owner was a delight to work with...and you can't beat the location. One block from Gate 1 and half a block to the heart of downtown Annapolis. As for parking, parked on the Yard and walked back to the house...everything is so close, you will rarely need to use your car.
Rented the home (as well as the two houses next door) for our 20 year reunion. 3 of the couples in our group stayed in this house and we even used the large living room/dining room for all nine couples to comfortably gather the last night for pizza and to catch up. Location lets you walk the half block to great local restaurants like Iron Rooster and Middleton's, leave your name for a table, and walk back to the house for a drink while you wait. We'll definitely be looking to stay here again for our 25th and beyond!
Very clean and updated house. Love the location! So nice to walk in to town to eat. Only downside is the parking. Very hard to find a spot nearby.
My family's stay was perfect. The living room and kitchen are well appointed. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. We felt fortunate to have been able to stay in this wonderful old Annapolis home.
In the heart of the historic district of Annapolis.
