To be near my grandchildren.
You do not need a vehicle in downtown Annapolis. Everything is in walking distance.
I just wanted to say the stay this past weekend was amazing! We had an unbelievable time and the house was perfect! In the future I would rent again from you in a second!
You could not ask for a more convenient location to the Naval academy and downtown Annapolis. Once we arrived we parked our car and never used it again during our stay. The home is very well equipped with kitchen utensils, spices and bath products. We loved sitting on the front porch watching the world go by. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks!
Beautiful home that is very well appointed. Clean and modern and the owner was a delight to work with...and you can't beat the location. One block from Gate 1 and half a block to the heart of downtown Annapolis. As for parking, parked on the Yard and walked back to the house...everything is so close, you will rarely need to use your car.
Rented the home (as well as the two houses next door) for our 20 year reunion. 3 of the couples in our group stayed in this house and we even used the large living room/dining room for all nine couples to comfortably gather the last night for pizza and to catch up. Location lets you walk the half block to great local restaurants like Iron Rooster and Middleton's, leave your name for a table, and walk back to the house for a drink while you wait. We'll definitely be looking to stay here again for our 25th and beyond!
Very clean and updated house. Love the location! So nice to walk in to town to eat. Only downside is the parking. Very hard to find a spot nearby.
My family's stay was perfect. The living room and kitchen are well appointed. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. We felt fortunate to have been able to stay in this wonderful old Annapolis home.
This home was more beautiful then portrayed in the listing. We were in Annapolis for my daughters wedding and the location to the Naval Acadamy and chapel could not have been better. The home had everything we needed during our stay and was clean and welcoming upon our arrival. If we are looking to vacation here again we will definitely try to stay in this home.
The perfect home for our family to just relax and enjoy the time with our mid for Plebe Parents Weekend! The location can't be beat and the home was filled with everything we could possibly need...comfortable beds, a cozy kitchen, dining and family room space, and a great porch for gathering. A++++
In the heart of the historic district of Annapolis.
