This home does not disappoint with its vaulted ceilings and gas fireplace. Offers a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Keurig Coffee Maker. Garage access to store all your beach equipment, bikes & kayaks. Please ask about our cancelation policy. 60 day cancellation prior to occupancy date (100% refund minus processing fee , travel insurance and credit card fee's). Pet friendly home $75.00 (per pet) fee will be added to your reservation.

Home away from home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was one of the nicest vacation rentals I have stayed in over the last 30 years. The owners have been careful to pay attention to every detail! Between the breezy back deck, floating dock, spacious great room and guest rooms, it felt like a home rather than a rental. Can't wait to return next year!

A nice rental, but...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very nice. We liked the location; away from all the hub-bub. The but comes in as the freezer drawer would not pull out more than 8 to 10 inches making it very difficult to get ice and place our frozen items in it.

Fantastic stay

We had the best week on the island. The island is only 7 miles long so we explored just about all of it. The house was nestled at the end of a pine covered canal. The dock made it easy to launch our kayaks and do some fishing. The pictures online didn't show it but there is a full flight of regular carpeted steps to the upstairs bedroom. The upstairs bedroom is a lot warmer than the downstairs so bring some extra fans. We didn't bring a wide enough gate for the deck so we improvised with some extra plastic chairs. The kitchen was well stocked and included a regular coffee maker in addition to the Keurig. The warmers under the range hood made serving a hot breakfast even easier.

The layout of bedrooms and bathrooms is perfect for our family. The dog-friendly element is also perfect. The access to the canal and the well stocked kitchen are among the many plusses.
